I had a Christmas gift that I had to exchange as the size was too small but unfortunately, I was outside of the 28 days returns policy (I’ve been away for a few weeks) but the chap in-store allowed me to swap the item for one of my size. But much to my relief I was served by a wonderful person who could not have been more helpful understanding. Super quick to sort out get a replacement/ upgrade on the shoes that had broken, couldn't be happier massive thanks to the kind woman that helped.”

“Finally visited the shop in person, and they had a great end of year sale going on! High quality, long lasting and stylish shoes and boots... I love the airseal shoes and boots particularly. The material breathes and wears just like leather, but nothing died to make them! I've tried other brands, but these are a million times better and can be re-soled (if they ever wear out). Would love to see some airseal stack soles shoes.”

She was so lovely, phoned other stores, write 3x different phone numbers for me to try. And I actually purchased the sandals from Manchester, they will be with me by Friday. “Walked in with no idea what I needed but pain in my legs and feet. I didn't catch her name but the woman that I spoke to was extremely helpful and set about using the machine to measure how I stand and walk and talking about my history and where the pain was. 20 mins later I walked out with a pair of very reasonably priced custom moulded orthotics which have literally been the best purchase I've made this year, the effects are fantastic. My legs and feet feel better already and my back is also improving - something I didn't even attribute to my footwear. Thanks for helping me out! One thing I would say is that the men's shoes range is very limited and not what I'd describe as fashionable (for under 60s anyway).”

“What a delight and I am difficult to please in the footwear department.These Chelsea boots are high-quality, comfortable out of the box and beautifully made. The shape of the boot is elegant (I usually take a slightly wider shoe but this boot is some form of Tardis) and the fit is spot on. If you are used to Crockett and Jones/Churches but don’t like the price, these are the same quality with a very similar fit.The boot is made in England, which I like. When you order, don’t forget to add in polish as De Winter’s is top notch (contains beeswax and almond oil). If you know the feeling of the first sip of a perfect martini, a great steak or a suit that fits just so, this is the bootmaker for you. I will be back. (For the avoidance of doubt, I have no affiliation to this company other than I really like their boots-Just in case you hadn’t guessed.).”

Whether it’s for schools, local sports teams or business they can provide medals, trophies, football kits, work wear, personal decoration, you name it they can do it. They have always been so professional and I wouldn’t use any other company. Communication is excellent and the new invoice system has made it so much easier to make alterations before production. “Absolutely fantastic service from Verity in the Brighton store today. I have rhuematoid arthritis and full legs and always have difficulty getting boots to fit, she was really helpful and kind, she got multiple pairs out for me to try and also offered help if I needed it. I came away with a Milliner platform which I've just tried on again at home and can't wait to wear them out, they zip up easily and the leather is soft. I'll definitely be coming back for more footwear as needed.”
