“Had no problems with the pharmacy Staff have been very polite and respectful with me when ever I've entered the pharmacy and got my prescriptions there have been times when I've rang up but there's been no answer for a few days but after speaking to a member of staff in regards to this I now completely understandn that theve been working bon stop through out the pandemic but over all been a good pharmacy to me in the two years I've lived in the area very good when I come to collect medication and help in every way they can as I have autism and learning disabilities sometimes I can do things very well other times I need it explained to me but overall in my opion good pharmacy good staff. Respectful and do good at there jobs 5 stars thank you for all the work you do for myself and everyone who comes to your pharmacy your doing a great job keep up the good work guys”

I can tell Andrea is a perfectionist in her work, and she made sure my filling was perfect before I left. She has also recommended using a prescribed toothpaste and TePe brushes, which have made a significant difference to my dental health. Ana-Maria is equally wonderful, continuously checking in on me and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the filling procedure. Both Andrea and Ana-Maria are not only highly skilled but also extremely aware and accommodating of my anxiety and other health conditions. Their professionalism and kindness have made my dental visits far less daunting, and I'm very appreciative of their care. The receptionist staff are also always friendly and helpful. I had a one to one with the well qualified chemist which allayed my concerns over dosages etc. They are well stocked and have found that their prices on non prescription items are more than competitive with supermarkets. All I can say is support your local pharmacist. They work on low margins and need both your custom and support.”

They seem to work extremely hard, which does mean that requests are prioritised and you may not get immediate responses for problems that are not deemed urgent. However, I think this is simply the state of the rental market and the lack of care from landlords, rather than a problem with Murrays. In return for a little bit of a hands off approach to letting, you get a property which is very good value for money and a good and fair team of letting agents. By far the best experience I've had renting in Bristol. Would strongly recommend.”
