“The virtual fitting service while the shop is closed is fantastic, my daughter needed her first pair of shoes and Tanya was able to give us the reassurance we needed that the shoes fitted well. The website guidance for how to measure at home was easy to follow and Tanya came around the next day with a variety of sizes and styles to try. We now have a very happy girl who is extremely proud of her shoes! Also always had a great experience in the Clifton shop when we have been in with my son. Thank you!”

“Today I visited the Hobbs store in Cribbs Causeway. I was looked after by a delightful assistant called Rebecca. She was so helpful and brought lots of accessories into the changing rooms for me to try with the dresses. She didn’t put any pressure on me to buy, but suggested I went and had a break before deciding. I hadn’t made a special appointment but was treated as if I had. I eventually went back and bought a beautiful dress and accessories and now look forward to wearing them at my son’s wedding. Thank you, Rebecca.”

“I'd like to share the exceptional customer service I received at Allsaints, cabot circus, Bristol. I bought a jacket in October and noticed a thread on the belt loop coming loose, I decided to take my jacket into the store and discuss it with the staff. I was assisted by a female with short dark hair who couldn't do enough for me, she found every jacket for me to try and was willing to exchange mine. I couldn't find one that I prefered to my balfern, so she agreed with her manager to not only swap mine for another, but honoured the current 30% black Friday discount. Thank you Allsaints, you are doing a great job!”

“I went into Pavers on Monday this week with my sister and her husband. My sister has problems with feet and finds it difficult to buy shoes that are comfortable and look nice. The assistant who I think was Mandy but not sure! was so helpful and patient with my sister. She tried so hard for about an hour helping her in and out of so many shoes my brother-in-law said she deserved a medal.”

“Large well laid out store. This has the best selection of mens clothing in the Mall in my opinion. Friendly staff great disabled access wide isles, just for your info the customer lift is at the back of the store, but it's large and easy to use.”

“I went into the longwell green store today and I just wanted to give a huge shout out for a staff member. I think she was called Bev. She was so kind and helpful. I wanted a particular green dress which they didn’t have in store in my size. She searched all the other stores and ordered me one to get delivered into the store. She was so kind and helpful and really went above and beyond. She was so desperate for me to have this dress for a special night out. It may not get delivered in time, but I’m still buying it anyway. Amazing customer service and a lovely lady. I’ll definitely be back x”

He was so helpful fetching stuff and giving advice, I felt like we were in a department store with our own personal shopper.
