“I cannot recommend Clifton Vets highly enough! The staff are incredibly empathetic, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Our dog tends to be nervous at the vet, but the way veterinarian David interacts with her is truly remarkable. It's amazing to see her fears eased so effectively, something we've never experienced before. Every visit has been a positive one, and I genuinely enjoy coming in each time. Highly recommend this practice!”
“Needed to take my elderly dog into the vets two weeks ago as he was having breathing problems. We didn't have an appointment but entered the waiting room first thing. Without hesitation the receptionist organised for us to see Jake. Sadly we needed to say our last goodbye to Ben. During this very difficult time myself and my family felt like the only important customer there that day, we had as much time as we needed with Ben, nothing was too much for the staff there. Thank you”
“The visit starts with Lisa the receptionist lively bubbly and friendly, the vets all so good with our animals and never rush so you know exactly what's wrong, excellent”
“Thank you to the lovely vet Dr Kristy (apologies if I have your name wrong). It took her 2hrs to get into work yesterday due to all the flooding. So thank you.”
“My cat not the easiest when claw clipping required. The staff at Companion Care are totally prepared and caring when faced with this task. They understand your pets needs and offer advice.”
“Best vet I have ever used! All the staff here are so warm and kind to both our cat and two very anxious first time cat parents! The Pet Health Club is amazing value for money and the emergency services they offer bring a lot of peace of mind. 10/10, nothing but praise for these folks!!”
“We've just left Rosemary Lodge having had to take my dad's elderly dog in following her having had several seizures over the last 12 hours or so. From answering the phone to the end of our consultation, Kate - our vet, was superb. Thorough, sensitive, informative, empathetic towards us and absolutely no pressure or judgements on our decisions. From our perspective, whilst difficult as Tilly was euthanasised, our experience was positively handled. Thank you Kate.”

“Thank you for looking after Chester for us for many years after Lucas’s vets closed. We sadly said goodbye to Chester at the Whitchurch branch recently. We appreciate the level of care provided over the years from both sites. Many thanks to Matthew and Emily for coming out to us so quickly and for being so respectful and polite.”
“We unfortunately lost a beloved family pet to age related issues this weekend, but the staff at Vets4Pets Imperial Park were so amazing throughout the day. We felt so supported, with the staff doing everything possible to make sure our beloved pet went quickly and peacefully after we had plenty of time to say our goodbyes. Many thanks to especially Ana, who was amazingly patient and caring. You helped us through a really difficult time. I am very happy that my other animals will be cared for very well here.”
“Excellent compassionate and informative. Kindness from front reception staff great engagement”

“Great little veterinary practice in Tetbury with a bigger location in Malmesbury. We were traveling with our cat back to the States and recieved fantastic aid from Emma.”
“Attended a Mastering Medicine course and it was a masterclass in delivering the information I needed to care for our animals responsibly. I appreciate and value the service all the vets, receptionists and the entire team provides across the community. They are exceptional at what they do.”

“Have been taking Bella to Garden Vets for 9 years, we have always received a warm and friendly welcome from all staff and Vets as well as good care and advice. Would highly recommend!”
“Great vets. Been with them for nearly 40 years with all our family pets. Visited again this week with our latest addition - our 8 week old puppy.”
“Absolutely lovely, caring, accommodating, cat-friendly staff that really care about their fuzzy patients. I brought one of my cats to this branch for the first time this afternoon, and unfortunately she became incredibly stressed when we arrived and seemed to be having a panic attack. They immediately recognised that she was distressed, and whisked us into a quiet exam room and out of the waiting area. After her examination and diagnosis, the vet made sure we had as much time as we needed to sit in the room quietly by ourselves and calm (her) down before the journey home. The vet brought her a bowl of water in case she was thirsty, and turned up the air conditioner to help cool her off. Was really impressed by how much everyone cared about her and went above and beyond to make sure she was OK and as comfortable as possible. Five stars! I’d give them six if I could!”
“We’ve just moved out of the area so had to leave Batheaston vets :( They’ve been looking after our two cats for two years, and they’re the best vets I’ve ever had by a mile. Every member of staff we’ve ever met has been utterly charming, helpful, above and beyond. We’re moving a long way and they were unbelievably helpful every step of the way. Thank you everyone at Batheaston vets!! Absolutely brilliant”
“We had three cats for 16 years. They always went to Beeches. They have always been very helpful and flexible to give our cats the best care. When my cats unfortunately had to be put down due to health issues they made it as painless as possible and now offer free service to get paw and nose prints which are such a cute.”
“I can’t thank the staff at Highcroft enough for the care received for my beautiful Bengal cat earlier this year, who unfortunately past away minutes before I could get him there after another vet missed a fatal diagnosis only 2 weeks previously. The staff member I spoke to on the phone in this emergency knew exactly what was happening, very knowledgeable staff who were able to explain what had happened really helped me to take in and understand. The care and compassion I received during this traumatic experience was incredibly heartwarming. Thanks again to the staff who met us that day. I will be registering my spaniel with very soon”
“Wonderful Vetinary Practice. Very Helpful and Caring Staff. Would highly recommend.”
“Always very friendly and happy to help. I have a reactive dog and they were very accommodating, even allowing us to enter through the back to avoid a busy reception area.”
“I have had a couple of good experiences with this vet but the last visit was outstanding. Our dog was attacked by another dog and although his injuries were minimal the staff were really sympathetic and understanding. They were honest with us that he probably didn’t need to see a vet but in a very kind understanding way that didn’t make us feel like we were over reacting. They also gave us some good advise on managing our dogs interactions going forward after the attack”
“I always receive a great service for my dogs. The staff are welcoming and the practitioners are very knowledgeable and take great care of my dogs during their visits. I am particularly happy about my recent visit which involved an operation as my dog is recovering well and she was handled with such great care and attention after being hit by a car.”
