We were looking for covers for linear drainage channels, a young gentleman (George ?) was so helpful and showed us all the available options. We found something in our price range and drove our car in to the warehouse for another member of staff to load them into the car. Superb customer service from everyone today. “Excellent service, I’ve called in multiple times to buy tools when passing and I have always received guidance and suggestions from the gentlemen working here. On one experience I was in need of an odd size Allen Key that they did not have in stock as well as some other tools. They asked if I would like to order the items in and that I could expect them within a few days. Never had any problems. 5⭐️”

“Great shop with a large variety of products of such good value. Good selection of things from homeware to cosmetics to a seasonal aisle. If something is out of stock, it's usually out of stock for a while in store which is annoying but they do have a click and collect service to ensure anything you want is for sure there, if you want to use that”

Good previsions for social distancing wrist queuing, also prospective screens at the checkout for the safety of both staff and customers. The store is ideal as it's right next to Sainsbury's, so convenient for those who do their weekly shop there. Highly recommended.”

“What's with the staff? My elderly father went yesterday, can't wear a mask even if the big c was still here, and a staff member almost pushed him away, promptly backed away, and wouldn't speak to my father who at 79 is not used to abuse, was told to back off as he didn't have a mask on, then he was told to leave the store, and he couldn't get the purchase he wanted. Maybe give this place a wide birth. Its lost all its friendliness and the prices wow through the roof.”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable on all kinds of fixings. If what you want’s got a thread, they’ve got is. Unlike Screwfix where you have to buy a huge box full, you can buy just 1 or 2 and pay proportionately less. They seem to do pretty good deals on power tools too. Worth a look.”
