“They recently upholstered an old armchair for me. I took the chair to the shop and chose fabric that was already there. I chose 4 fabrics and gave them artistic licence over how and where to use the different fabrics. The end result is amazing!! I am so happy with my chair and would highly recommend using them to anyone!”

“We had our Sigma 3 kitchen installed this summer at the tail end of a building project to extend our home. We absolutely love how it has turned out! Our kitchen designer was Dean Walton and he did a great job in advising us on both the practicalities and the design touches. Nothing was too much trouble as we discussed ideas and tweaked the design until it was just right, including a larder cupboard and banquette seating with storage. He helped us to choose the right appliances as well as ensuring we fitted in all the elements we needed to suit the way we live. Dean, Craig and Jamie at the Colchester Avenue, Cardiff branch were all fantastic in looking after us well and ensuring we had a great experience in choosing and completing our kitchen. Everyone we dealt with was lovely from our initial visit all the way through to the delivery drivers and fitters. We were so impressed we went back to them for our utility room too. I was recommended Howdens, and they didn't let me down. I had an appointment with Monique at Leckwith, and she was amazing. “The customer experience is exceptional. We went to the beach and looking for food after, we arrived at 16:15 and they close 16:30pm I asked are they still serving hot food and she said yes, no rush for us to leave and can sit in and yes to dogs, they were welcoming, friendly and made a fuss of our dog, they accommodated our meals and made us feel really comfortable. Food was delicious home cooked, and a scrumptious range of cakes, I will be back, it’s very rare to have such great service these days, which made it superb!”
