“Genuinely do not know how the ratings are so poor. Having been treated so poorly by a certain letting agency based on Woodville road in our second year, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Cardiff Student letting. From the initial viewings to the check out inspection, myself and my co-tenants were treated with respect and professionalism, the staff are friendly and have genuine concern for your welfare. Any faults and problems with the house were treated promptly when the agency was informed. Any viewings that were coming round, we were informed without fail with 24 hours notice. Within two weeks of the tenancy ending, we are due to receive ALL of our deposit back. Anyone that is looking for a letting agency that isn't going to lie to you, cheat you out of your deposit or ignore your problems, then you need look no further than Cardiff Student letting! Fantastic!”

“Room and decor throughout is very tastefully decorated. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Really good breakfast all you could want. The bed was really comfortable too. A bonus to have onside parking too. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a 1 or 2 night stay here. It was lovely. Well worth a stay here. Oh and only a short walk to seafront too.”

“Totally impressed with the professionalism at Crosslands, first time leaving our 3 girls together in kennels and reviewed a few before settling with Crosslands. 3 big girls with different personalities and was filled with confidence as soon as they were dropped off, staff were confident handling them and they didn’t even look back as they walked away. All have come home healthy and happy. It’s great to have the peace of mind that the girls are safe and happy whilst we are away and it’s something that has prevented us going away for a while.”

“We boarded our dog over the weekend and were quite nervous at it was his first time away from us. We couldn’t have taken him to a better place, you could tell they’ve really looked after him really well and he was very excited and looked happy when he came back. He’s not the biggest fan of kennels, but they’ve put in some work with him and they kept us updated whenever we messaged them to get any information. We’ve already booked him at Four Seasons for next month!”

Rob, our walker, isn't just doing a job; he genuinely adores Caffrey as much as we do. He takes incredible photos of Caffrey during the walks, which are always a joy to see. More importantly, he's been fantastic in building Caffrey’s confidence and discipline, especially with on-lead behavior and return commands. “We had an absolutely amazing wedding at De Courceys! My now WIFE!.. and I highly recommend this venue. It’s not just an amazing venue, from the garden grounds, the decor inside the venue but the staff just make everything so perfect. We were never without, they helped us at every turn and couldn’t do enough for us. This included us helping set up and take everything down at the end. The food was absolutely incredible, every single guest complemented how good the food was. We had several vegan & vegetarians at our dinner & they were highly impressed. The pamper suite for the bride to be was excellent, as were all the other rooms at the venue. “We stayed one night to do the vineyard tour and tasting We decided to have lunch before hand, and it was so lovely to enjoy the sunshine and try some wines before hand. The lunch menu was extensive and the food was beautifully presented and very flavoursome with garnishes that complimented the dishes perfectly. We also join the restaurant for Dinner and again were not disappointed. My partner even had a birthday dessert cheesecake. Nothing was too much for trouble for any of the serving staff and the gentleman who greeted us was outstanding throughout our whole stay, unfortunately we didn't get his name.”

“I came all the way from Manchester for my hair transplant with Dr. Ted Miln and needed a place to stay nearby. I was tired from the journey, so this place was absolutely perfect. The clinic recommended it, and it turned out to be one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Getting in and out was super simple and convenient with the passcode they sent. I was gutted to miss out on the restaurant since it was closed on Monday and Tuesday, but I’ll definitely try to dine in next time I visit when it’s open. The room had everything I needed — very comfortable, with great showers, and I really loved the interior. It was exactly what I needed to rest and recover after the procedure. The location is ideal too: just a 5-minute walk to the Co-op and a 5-minute drive to the clinic. I could see my car from my room, and the place felt safe and secure. Overall, one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!”
