“We've been using Gedrys for two years now, regularly boarding our reactive rescue collie overnight. The staff are so kind and friendly, and we love checking in on their Instagram to see photos and videos while he's staying. They really seem to understand dogs and take the best care of them. Couldn't recommend more highly.”

“My pet cat Poppy visits these lovely people annually, and she gets on very well. The place is well proportioned for cats with a raised up enclosed sleeping area for each cat and an enclosed area down a small ramp with a litter tray in each cat "appartment." They even have entertainment to watch with a large open area, outside the cattery enclosures, with bird tables. The people are friendly and the prices reasonable. I will recommend this place to all my local cat owners. I don't own a dog, but ones I see running around the exercise area look very happy.”

“This is the perfect place for all cat owners. Putting my 2 cats into a cattery for the first time, I had reservations. However, they were quickly muted. Voicing my concerns early to the owners, they reassured me from the offset with all the questions I had from security to diet. When I arrived, it was the family atmosphere I was looking for and it didn't disappoint. On picking our 'children' up, myself and my partner were overjoyed with the condition of them. And as all cat owners are aware, we know if they are happy. They really were. Knowing that this facility with its price, location and facilities is available, we're now planning our next holiday with no reservation. Thank you”

“A very convenient spot to stay for a solo traveller, close to town and in a friendly part of the city. Great service by the host, couldn't have been any friendlier and warm, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. “I’m still in awe that an agency like this exists. My one year tenancy within a property managed by CF24 has just come to an end, and my experience throughout this has been nothing short of 5 stars. “Popped in for a quick pint ( SA high recommended) stayed to watch some sport.( choice of TVs ) Ordered Fish n Chips. Without doubt the best I’ve had in a long time. Pubs got a great atmosphere and friendly staff - what more do you want from a city centre pub. I can see why it’s such an iconic pub in the heart of the city”

“Sara was the best host and the B&B is lovely and quaint! 15 of my wife's family stays there for our wedding and Sara couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, from fresh baked welsh cakes on arrival, organising a cooked breakfast for everyone the morning of the wedding to even allowing & taking the children to see all the farm animals. a beautiful cottage in a great location for big groups and families I couldn't recommend it more highly! Thank you Sara!”

“So it turns out that there’s more than one of these cafes and this one is great too. Location is fantastic on the corner of Victoria Park and the corner position is ideal for catching some sun on a nice day. Food and coffee is excellent with the savoury Welsh cakes being a signature option here and at the Roath location. Really friendly staff - shout out to Robin for a lovely conversation with my breakfast. They also had posters up for Dirty Gnocchi doing evening food there, so we will definitely be back for that. Unexpected in this location but definitely recommended. There’s also parking outside, which is at a premium in this area.”

“My two lurchers have stayed here a few times now. The kennels came recommended to me, but I was still a little nervous as one of my two can be quite unsure of other dogs - he loves them when he gets to know them, but can be quite barky initially as he's scared. I shouldn't have worried - he had a lovely time, came out not really fussed to see me, which I think is always a good sign, and next visit they both had their tails wagging and were really pleased to see the staff. Will definitely be visiting again!”

“Great little find! We followed the signs on the main road and was hoping for a homely pub. This pub was exactly that! Friendly staff, Great food and exactly what we needed after a long day being tourists around barry island and cardiff! Would highly recommend.”

“Hamish stayed for 2 night, 3 days - we had lots of photos and videos, and every day we were kept updated on Hamish. Hamish hasn’t really mingled with other dogs but at royvon they kept a close eye and introduced him to others and he took to them very well. Will definitely return as felt hamishs needs were met to the fullest.”

“Great service from Mr Homes. This was definitely the right choice for selling our home in west Cardiff. The service was excellent and the fees reasonable however the time to sale was incredible. We contacted them on Monday, pictures were taken Tuesday, property wet live on Wednesday, had a viewing on Thursday and an offer on Friday. Other viewings were on the cards but we didn't need them. What more could a seller want. Thank you Anthony and all the staff at Mr Homes”

“Pros: The rooms and breakfast (which you preorder) are excellent value for money. The facilities are also excellent. Very clean inside and plenty of fresh linen from the maid if you require. Lots of food and drink places within a few minutes walk. (The Four Elms is a great pub.) Cons: Our room (6) was on the top floor with no lift. It was small but nice. There is no good view from the dormer window. The parking was OK but I didn't like leaving my car there, as there was evidence that other cars had been broken into. I took off one star from location for this reason only.”

“Having seen a property I looked at 3 years previously turn up again on social media, I immediately contacted Saxons to arrange a viewing. We were met at the appointment by Ryan who showed us around and was very knowledgeable about the sale. I immediately decided I'd like to buy it so arranged for Ryan to value my bungalow. I also arranged for two other agents. Each came to the same valuation but I decided to use Saxons because Ryan and I gelled and it seemed that buying and selling with one agent would be beneficial. “My two elderly dogs, a Cockapoo and a Bichonpoo, have just returned from a stay at the kennels, and I am delighted with the care they received. Both have complicated medication needs, which the kennels were able to accommodate with no issues. The pictures on Facebook of them playing outside with toys gave me real peace of mind while I was away. Laura was very informative and caring, and even gave them a bath at the end of their stay, which I was truly grateful for!”

“Came for the carnival and stayed for the weekend. What can I say about this guest house? WONDERFUL! Gwen, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. Service with a smile and very attentive. Our room, a triple with ensuite, was lovely. A very bright, airy room, well kept and clean. The ensuite was cosy and very clean. Furnishing was to a high standard, and we had good nights sleep. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked a room for next year!”

“Beautiful place to stay. Surrounded by sheep and fields, a quaint farm cottage to stay in which is really accessible to the local area for exploring. Kitchen had a nespresso, toaster and kettle and everything you need. The garden was immaculate as well. The owners were welcoming and left us to enjoy the stay in their peaceful farmhouse setting.”

“Really lovely clean rooms with a 10/10 breakfast, welcoming kind staff and the perfect setting for children with the small park and fish pond. My only feedback would be the curtains. The room was lovely and bright, as the front wall and door are all windows, but this did mean that it didn't get fully dark until gone 10pm (if at all) and was very bright by 5am, granted this was exacerbated by having a toddler in tow, so might not bother others as much. We will be back for sure!”

“Acorn Campsite is an absolute stunner of a place to stay. They have static caravans, glamping options, and a campsite. We stayed in our bell tent at the back field, which was really clean. Showers and toilets were excellent, staff were friendly, the café is great, and there’s a decent selection of beers. Highly recommended.”

“Ideal location just staying off the M4. Yes you can hear the noisy traffic but its not disturbed our sleep - the heavy rain did more damage to that ( and some dogs barking!!) Amazing family bathroom - with shower, bath and toilet all in one room for young families only. Everything is clean tidy, level gravel pitch. Very friendly staff. We have enjoyed our stay here with out 3 young children. So much room to go off on our bikes, play park etc.”
