βIβve used this practice before for emergency out of hours treatment and they have always been wonderful. Two years ago they saved my cats life and Iβm forever grateful to them. Two days ago I had to rush my boy back in at night there and sadly he didnβt make it. My partner and I were deeply traumatised but the staff were all brilliant, kind, compassionate and caring. I couldnβt have asked for better people around me during this very difficult time. From the receptionist to the assistant vet nurses and special mention to head vet Jon, thank you sincerely for making one of lifeβs difficult moments easier to bear because of your care and thoughtfulness. Thank you to nurse Liane for taking paw prints and fur of my boy so I can remember him. Please continue your exceptional care and genuine love of animals so other pet parents in similar circumstances also feel so cared for.β

32 Wooflands Boarding Kennels
βMy two lurchers have stayed here a few times now. The kennels came recommended to me, but I was still a little nervous as one of my two can be quite unsure of other dogs - he loves them when he gets to know them, but can be quite barky initially as he's scared. I shouldn't have worried - he had a lovely time, came out not really fussed to see me, which I think is always a good sign, and next visit they both had their tails wagging and were really pleased to see the staff. Will definitely be visiting again!β

βOmg Iβve just had the most fantastic experience here, looked after by Tracy and Kathy. I needed to be seen by a dentist prior to open heart surgery later this week. I am a 68 male who is petrified of dentists. I need a tooth out and you can imagine my anxiety levels were through the roof, the experience took two hours thatβs how gentle they were, we go on about the NHS but I can tell you, itβs not the front line staff itβs the organisation that is broken. βI recently visited St Josephβs for a private consultation with Mr Rogers for the excision of a ganglion cyst in my hand, followed a few weeks later by day surgery for the procedure itself. The whole process has been smooth and stress free, all the staff I have encountered were helpful and friendly, particularly nurse Chloe on the day surgery ward. Having to wait 20 minutes for medication isnβt long at all compared to other places, if Iβve waited weeks for a drs appointment whatβs 20 minutes in the grand scheme of things. Yes you can hear them chatting and laughing, why not hey, Iβm sure it helps them get through their busy day and also with the abuse they receive from impatient customers. βAmazing facilities at the Serennu centre which cater for a number of different areas of health and wellbeing for disabled children and their families. There is a little coffee shop on the lower floor level and comfortable sofas within both waiting areas as well as a number of toys to keep the little one entertained whilst you wait. The centre is within a housing estate so not easy to find if you not sure of the area but the NHS does provided hospital transport so this can make getting there easier.β
