Thankfully Rob who I think was the manager stepped in and in between dealing with customers he sorted everything out for me going the extra mile. “What a great experience I had from start to finish. Beth was truly delightful,amazing! I told her I wasn’t sure what I wanted. The first dress she picked for me was the one I bought! I did try on others styles but my heart was with the first one. Beth made me feel relaxed the whole time and I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for the perfect dress. “Had a great experience with the ADVG team! Ordered a bike erg as it was half the price of a Concept 2 and was pleasantly surprised for it to turn up and be almost identical. I am a professional boxer and use this bit of kit every other night since I got it, very sturdy bit of equipment! On delivery of the item the guys had messaged me to see if everything went smoothly and a small bit of plastic had snapped that holds the screen! The team were super helpful and had the replacement sent out next day! Really great service and experience!”
