“If you want one, they have probably got one, might be in your size too. Check their website before you purchase as very often the the same item/product is advertised cheaper online than labelled in the shop. They have dynamic pricing so that all stock can vary in price and relabelling and updating thousands of products daily might require a few extra staff. Had a great bargain in a pair of Karrimor boots and am well pleased. Get in there!”

“Hi, I would just like to say a big thankyou to 2 members of staff at Weston super Mare New Look. Thankyou,Lis and Emily. I made a purchase today 2/08/24 Whilst paying I unknowingly dropped a £10. I realised a little while later and rang the store. Emma and Lis had found it and had put it somewhere safe. On returning to store the girls were so kind and helpful. Thankyou so much for your honesty and great customer service. I am very grateful.”

“Outstanding store. It started by being greeted by a member of the team, asking what I was interested in. I needed school shoes for my 11 year old so was directed to another section of the store to queue. I also have 2 Sen children who were getting distressed with queuing and the volume of people. We then saw Isaac who got my 11 year old’s feet measured and because of the distress of my Sen children, mentioned Clark’s offer closed appointments for Sen children and would we be interested to come back at a quieter time. I haven’t had my Sen children’s feet measured because it’s so stressful and weren’t there to buy for them but actually thought, yes, that would be amazing! A wonderful lady called Amy then approached us and rather than offering us an appointment to come back, she took us away from the crowds and said I’ll do it now for you. She took us to a quiet section and my children eventually calmed. They’re in pushchairs and she was unable to measure their feet in their contraptions so we attempted to take them out but they were so content at this point because it was quiet and she spoke so softly that the children were actually happy to be touched by her. Amazing service from start to finish and 3 pairs of shoes purchased rather than just the one. I didn’t think it was physically possibly to measure my Sen children (from past experience) but Amy has restored my faith and I can’t thank her enough for looking after us so well”
