“I work next door to this garage and my car decided it didn’t want to start after work so I asked if Unit One could help and jump my car for me, they warned me it won’t start up again tomorrow because the battery wasn’t holding its voltage.. They very kindly offered to try and get me a battery asap so i wasn’t without a car, and they even managed to get it cheaper for me too! I was in and out within 30 minutes! Extremely pleased with the service I received here, the staff were very kind and helpful to get my problem sorted, definitely some of the best service i’ve ever received from a garage!! The booking was promptly confirmed by text, on the days of travelling I was given full details of the car, reg.number, drivers name and confirmed collection time by text. Just before the pick up time I received a message from the driver confirming that he was waiting outside. On arrival at the airport the driver helped myself, my disabled wife, ( who is in a wheelchair,) and our luggage safely into departures and made sure we were in the hands of the airport staff. A similar efficient service was delivered on our return from holiday. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this friendly, efficient company and will definitely be using them for my future journeys.”
