“Ange (shortened name) who is behind the cookie counter, is the one of the best staff I’ve ever come across, always goes the extra mile. I go there a lot and if there’s triple chocolate cookies ready to be bagged she goes out of her way to bag them so that i can get some on my lunch break. Lovely woman, amazing at her job. Company should be proud, not only does she have the best customer service, she makes sure I don’t leave empty handed, which puts the money in the till.”

“Fantastic experience, we went 3 days ago and were served by the brilliant Ryan. He was so very patient with our 3 small children and measured and expertly fitted each of them for a multitude of different shoes. We couldn't be happier and loved how despite one of our children wanting a certain style, he took the time to explain to him why they wouldn't be suitable as the fit just wasn't right and might end up hurting his feet. You just can't beat the Clarks experience for things like this and we'll be returning again soon no doubt!”

“Easily found in the main shopping area. The shop is long and thin and goes back quite a way. Changing rooms available. A sofa for men to sit on whilst waiting!!!! Men's, womens, and children's wear. There's also a section for dogs !! Polite staff. I cannot fault this store.”
