“I enjoyed visiting and shopping. There are thousands of products inside. You can find almost everything you are looking for about the house. Bathroom products, kitchen products, garden accessories, such as carpets and chandeliers. It's due inside. The cafe has drinks and snacks. Available in customer restroom. Some products have discounts. You should set aside at least 1 hour for this store. I really liked the towel aisle. There are towels in almost every color. Hobby products and practice tools are also available. I made my payment without waiting at the cashier. It was a quiet store.”

“Morrisons Walderslade seems to fill shelves regularly. Chocolate bars and biscuits are expensive same as everywhere. They do need to lower their prices. The public know things are more expensive with less product. Offers bring customers in not just few pence off. Staff are lovely there though. Always helpful and friendly. Nice place to shop. Nice ambiance.”

“I came to review the toilets. I was very impressed with the facilities provided for baby changing, breastfeeding mums and disabled access. There is a separate room for baby changing, a room with a comfy chair for feeding and a separate fully kitted out disabled toilet and changing unit which even had a hoist, bed and screen. The toilets were also clean and tidy. Having been to various other retails parks recently this is the only one I've found decent toilet facilities. Thank you for thinking of people with accessibility issues!”

“Brought a new cooker from these guys and I’ve got to say it was hands down the best customer service we have ever received. The knowledge they had on their products was second to none, they were incredibly friendly and so welcoming. Once we had paid they told us the delivery would be in a couple of hours which we were really happy with to then receive a phone call moments later saying that delivery will be in the next 10 minutes, which they were and carried the cooker into the kitchen for us. Incredible service 10/10 all round and will 100% be going there for all our appliance needs in the future.”

“I popped in late on bank holiday Friday - I didn’t even expect the store to be open. I had seen a couple of sofas online I wanted to look at, but wanted to see what the colours looked like in real life. The very helpful lady Storm came over and was absolutely brilliant. She was so friendly, she took her time to ask about what I wanted and gave me a swatch to take home so I could see what the colour would look like in my home. She is an asset to Sofology and is an exemplary example of how customer service should be. Thank you Storm!”

“We first saw these units at grand designs NEC many years ago and kept a note of their details. So pleased we did! By appointment we recently visited their factory/showroom and the MD was so helpful and accommodating. Created a design for our challenging shape of walk in wardrobe. Several small revisions and solutions to unusual angles to fit the room. With no need for a site visit The quality is superb and our own carpenter fitted them. He commented that the quality and design was excellent and it had been the first time he’d built racking style units. They came with detailed clear installation instructions. They look brilliant. They also came up with a solution for an invisible entrance door which looks like a full size mirror and secretly opens. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Nothing was too much trouble and the cost fitted was more competitive than bulk standard off the shelf units.”

“A really personal service from crafty collets who took our old solid wood table and stripped it back and repainted and varnished it perfectly to match our new kitchen. This enabled us to keep the piece of furniture that we had for years and give it a new lease of life! It looks better than new and will be the centre of our new kitchen! Thank you Jo and Paul!
