“Excellent service from very helpful staff. Really nice room (a refurbished one) and public areas. The car park couldn't handle a full hotel but that was exacerbated by a few vans taking up more than one space. Don't arrive after 9pm and expecting a space! Handy for the NEC and cheaper than the on site hotels there.”

“I recently stayed at the riverside and it appears to be recently refurbished and modernised. It's been finished to a high standard. The staff were friendly. The food was good. The tv stations in the rooms are endless. The water pressure in the bath will blast it off you. Wifi in the rooms are free and good.”

Last weekend I was greeted by name on arrival and Mia had allocated us our favourite room even though I'd forgotten to request it. Rooms are clean & comfortable and have what you need for an overnight stay.”

“I came for an overnight stay and was wowed as soon as I got there. It was lovely. Beautiful decor and room was a fantastic size. The spa was so relaxing and the food afrom the bar and restaurant was delicious. Had a bath in the room which was fab. Breakfast was all great quality products. Staff were friendly and professional. Cant wait to cisit again. The only downside was 1 of the beds mattress protector had a stain and the pillow was a little dirty but it did not ruin our stay at all staff were very accommodating”

One of the housekeepers, a lady named Gun, was very nice and extremely helpful. She provided excellent service and kept the room very clean. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.”
