Explains everything thoroughly and in detail… doesnt rush the appointment ( i have been to other vets where they are very time limited and its been very rushed and want you out the door as soon as possible). Thank you for seeing Misha and helping her to the best of your ability. Excellent vets- 10/10. All Staff including the receptionists are very friendly and have a genuine care and love for the animals.”

Has it's own car park at the rear and a few emergency spots at the front. As far as vets go, these guys have really made a great effort.”

“After collecting my medication here for a few months now, i can firmly say that i wouldn't want to go anywhere else. To start, all of the staff are incredibly friendly and are always happy to serve. I would also add that the workers are very professional and they are able to sort everything quickly and i get my medication swiftly. so it is safe to say that i will be coming back for a long time and i would also recommend to some friends.”

“If your dog's a serious chewer then treat them to one of these. Our terrier has destroyed three 'indestructible' dog beds from other places but he hasn't made a dent in this in a month and he won't leave it alone! It's beautifully made and whisper it, made in the UK. As the icing on the cake, the guys who own the shop are lovely and actually give a damn about dogs. Oh, and no, we're not related to the owners - we've only met them once!”

“I called on a Sunday at around 12:30 in severe pain with a suspected throat infection hoping I’d not have to go to the walk in centre or wait until the next day for a doctors appointment after enduring nearly 2 weeks of being unwell. The gent who spoke to me on the phone was the most helpful and sincere pharmacist I’ve ever spoke to, he took my details and had a prescription of antibiotics ready for me when I turned up after assessing me. Thank you so much I didn’t catch his name but he was so helpful and I’m so grateful.”
