“The chef is a genius, the food was perfection. The waiting staff are absolutely lovely, we were served by Raphaël and another gent (I’m sorry we didn’t get your name), both provided excellent service. The 6 course tasting menu we did was also amazing value for what we were given. The fish stew was my absolute favourite course, but the harissa carrot soup and chocolate mousse were close runners up. Thanks so much guys, you should all be proud of yourselves.”

“What a place. Proper old school social club. Busy on a sunday evening which is great to see. I live around the corner and will pop in here when I can. Entertainment on a sunday too. Beer is cheap and a good pint of Guinness. The staff are very friendly. Really friendly atmosphere.”

“We usually go to the Broad Lane surgery, but due to not being able to get an appointment for 2 weeks, we were redirected to the Balsall Common practice. Loads of car parking, no waiting, straight in and out. Even left the car there whilst we walked the dog around a lovely park, behind the shops, which, in all my years I never knew existed.”

“We were visiting family in Coventry and decided to go to The Wave unfortunately due to the time of our visit we were unable to go to a Quiet Time session. My son is autistic so was worried he wouldn’t cope. But he had the most amazing experience along with the rest of the family. Staff were very supportive and understanding which took the stress out of our visit. There were a couple of slides not working but they seemed scary ones which my children wouldn’t have gone on anyway so no impact on us. They loved the slides with boats and the lazy river. Staff were very friendly and well organised! Will definitely be back.”

After finding out it's under new ownership I was concerned it might not be as good as it used to be, I couldn't have been more wrong for thinking it, the food was perfect, wouldn't change a thing. “I would just like to thank the store manager shar I recently had a weekend break in Leamington Spa with the girls and bought a little jumper for the baby of the family for Christmas and left it at this store I have later found out having gone back to Manchester I noticed I hadn’t got my little brown bag so I phoned this store by chance as I thought it was the last place we were sat to have coffee and she said she had got the bag with the little jumper and was so helpful and kind and said she would post out free of charge to me absolutely so lovely of her thanks so much for all your help and I must say the coffee and cake was so nice too we had the best time in Leamington spa thanks again shar for your kindness xx”

“Visited the Copper Pot on Thursday evening before going to the cinema. Young fella behind the bar was really friendly, welcoming and efficient. We ordered food , 2 different burgers which were excellent & great value. Happy with the price of the drinks and the place itself was very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.”

“I sent my partner to have all my tyres replaced because one got a puncture… I know that doesn’t make sense- it’s a long story, don’t judge. Anyway, turns out punctures can be repaired for like £30! Luke could’ve taken advantage of the situation to make Kwik-Fit an extra £600, but he didn’t- for which I am very grateful :) Highly recommend, especially if you’re like me and are susceptible to falling down rabbit holes designed to convince you that you need stuff that you don’t!”

“Perfect location to get around via public transport. Eli when we first got here was very good system went down but sorted out room out third time lucky couldn't do kore for us myself and my mum. Breakfast could of been a bit better hot food going cold quickly and contractors should of had a more facilities for them provided and paying guest at the hotel should of had priority. Other than that a lovely stay”
