Waking up in the morning to beautiful sunrises and tweeting birds. No TV and nothing to distract you from the beauty of where you are. “Absolutely first class. I had a problem with a constantly running old Bristan classic tap. I went to my local plumbing merchant who told me that I would need a new cartridge and that washers don't exist for this tap anymore etc etc etc. Being a bit sceptical I went to these guys for a second opinion as I really don't know much about taps at all. I showed to sales guy a photo of the tap and he instantly told me what I needed to do and gave me two washers to complete the job. Within 5 minutes or getting home the tap was fixed. Thank you so much, wished I had got your name but good to know there are knowledgeable and honest people out there unlike the first place I visited. Thank you!”

“This is a brilliant villa. Excellent build quality and incredibly well furnished fantastic views, with a super little infinity pool. Inside, the villa was one of the most well-appointed we have ever stayed at. Such attention to detail In relation to all the things you would need in your own home. Great condiments, very well stocked kitchen utensils, ice boxes for the beach. The list goes on. Cannot think of one single thing that was missing. Freelance Villas were excellent to deal with. First class and early communication. A digital guide to the property which is the best I have ever seen. Friendly and immediate service. I would recommend them without hesitation and plan to use them again for future trips.”

“Beautiful well appointed accommodation offering exceptional value for money, when staying in the area. Chipping Camden centre is in walking distance with a wonderful Indian restaurant 2 minutes from the property. Excellent communication from the hosts when booking and on departure. Property can also accommodate two car parking spaces and has a lovely green space to enjoy a glass of wine or an early morning cup of tea. Area is quiet and all three guests slept well. One of the nicest touches was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and enough logs and kindling for the log burner for our stay (1 night) .”

“I love this cattery. The owner obviously cares a great deal about the pets she takes in. My young cat wasn't eating much, as it was her first time in a cattery and she was pining, so the owner tried her on different foods attempting to get her to eat. Not sure many would go to that trouble! I will definitely board my cat here again.”

“Brilliant camp site. Perfectly flat. Facilities are wonderfully clean. Staff lovely. It's a mixture of residence and holiday makers. No children. Road nearby but only a low buzz of traffic. Will definitely stay here again. When you arrive, pick a pitch and set up. Management will be over to see you later in the day”

“We had a really lovely long weekend in a 2 bedroom lodge with a hot tub. Great location for Stratford, Warwick, and Leamington Spa. The lodge itself was roomy and was clean. The lodge was starting to look tired in places (the laminate floor was starting to peel and there were scuff marks on the walls). But the main things like the bed and bathrooms and kitchen were clean. So overall happy. The beds were comfortable and the heating worked well. The hot tub was good and really warm in the October chill. We had an issue with the water jets initially and the team sorted it straight away. Barbara in reception was really lovely. We received a lot of communication before arriving so we knew we could go straight to our lodge as we arrived after 5pm. Nice area to wander around and enough parking (although may be tricky if lots of lodges have more than one car). It’s very neat and lots of greenery. Overall very happy, would stay again.”

“We had the best time on 'Smoke'. Henry and Tabitha were amazing hosts and had thought of everything in advance. They were also able to give us great local knowledge and ideas on stopping points and pubs. The narrowboat itself is beautiful and has been fabulously decorated so that it feels more like a spacious apartment than anything else. Our teenage sons loved it (I think probably in spite of themselves!) and we will definitely be back for more”

“LOOK NO FURTHER !, these Guys are terrific. My pool was a disaster..l had been ripped off by another company ,so l was apprehensive to say the least. Steve and James arrived together..they were great , they talked me through my options, l immediately knew l trusted them ,and they were my people! The transformation of the pool was amazing l cannot recommend them highly enough . They were a breath of fresh air , in what can sometimes be a a difficult world, (when you find yourself alone following the loss of a partner ) It’s a great feeling recommending this company ,they deserve praise ,and l know they will do a brilliant job for you !”

“I have stayed here many times over the last 12 years and keep coming back. The house itself has everything you need for a super relaxing holiday. I love the outdoor kitchen so much that I have never used the kitchen in the house. To sit by the pool, or potter about in the kitchen is heaven. There is a warm welcome from Anna Maria every time we stay. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops as well as plenty to do a little further afield. Lecce is an easy 40 minute drive and Ostuni, Martina Franca and Ceglie are just a few minutes away. I have stayed with just my partner as well as with various family groups and it is perfect whoever you take along.”
