“Have always had good service here right from when they opened many years ago. The shop now is a lot quieter than it used to be but still get good friendly service. Also a couple of the older members of staff often provide good advice and product knowledge and are happy to share tips on when certain products may be reduced in price. It'll be sad when this place goes (its rumoured to be moving into Sainsbury's...) So make the most of it in its present form whilst you can...”

“I love Spotty Otter. My little boy has been in their gear since he was 2 months old. The down kit is exceptional, I never had to worry about him being too cold. Now he is older he loves running around in the rain with his Forest Ranger kit on. Honestly, not come across a kids brand better.”
