Every step was smooth, polite, and effortless. The deposit and payment process was explained well and in good time. At one point, I enquired if I could add additional groomsmen at the original quoted rate (over a year ago). I had no expectation that this would be possible, seen as suit rental prices had understandably increased due to the recent year's cost of living increase. But Jon honoured his original prices. I'd call that above and beyond the call of duty and excellent customer service! I was totally chuffed that Jon was able to come to our venue on the morning of our wedding and make sure that our ties and button hole flowers were set properly. Something which I understand you haven't done since covid and wasn't part of my booking, so a nice surprise for me. That was the cherry on the cake. It meant that there was one less thing to have to worry about. Mitch is also a credit Jon Paul. He is polite, attentive and a good conversationalist. Just what you want! Anyone thinking of using Jon Paul Swadlincote, I strongly advise you do! Get them booked!!”

The brands they carry are fab, many made in Britain and their customer service is fantastic. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful : ) huge wall of band-tees often with an offer of 2 for 35£ last time I was there. Choices of harnesses, collars, jewelery, badges, pronoun pins and more! X”

I visited the store and was greeted by Lee.. there was no pressure just a friendly hello and an offer of help if I needed it. He answered my questions precisely and honestly. I didn't feel pressured at any point and was left to deliberate when needed. “Who doesn't love a pair of Converse? While this ain't the biggest store on the planet it does pack a lot in and while it might not have brand new designs in it does have a lot of stuff I've not really seen elsewhere. Staff are absolutely spot on and the prices are fantastic on some of the shoes. (20 quid for a pair of Converse - I'll have that). Be careful with the sizes on the boxes though, look for the UK size - it's written a little smaller under the other sizes.”

“Came to Clark's today to buy my 9 month old son his first pair of shoes. We were greeted warmly by a lady with long dark hair who showed us to take a ticket from the machine for measuring. A short time later a lady with long brown hair and glasses called our number. She measured my sons feet, which he loved, and recommended some shoes. We knew the selection would be limited as my son's feet are still very small, but the lady helped us find a suitable pair and assessed how he walked in them. All round, an excellent experience for us and the service from these two ladies was fabulous. Thank you.”

“Bought a winter jacket from there on the recommendation of a friend. Really pleased with the durability and the warmth it provides. Prices are a tad bit on the higher side but still half of the cost in North face; Yet a good alternate if youre buying for day to day winter wear and not mountain climbing.”
