Admittedly it is not always the easiest to get an appointment but I find the reception staff (in particular Chrissy&Zoe) very genuine and repeatedly go out their way to help you with the resources they have available to them. In my experience, the practice has been consistently responsive to concerns of a serious clinical nature.”

“I’ve had panic attacks and anxiety for as long as I can remember and seen multiple therapist both private and NHS. John is an amazing therapist and delivers oh his word, I never thought I would go a day without a panic attack or the build up of anxiety but I have and do now everyday!!! “Nice people in reception, they are really friendly and helpful. Smooth registration and smart booking in system. I do avoid dr Thompson or Liam as they are stubborn to the extend that I need come back a few time before I get what solve the problem and with huge respect to them I do understand that they have enormous knowledge and extensive experience but I would rather avoid them at least you have headache and you need paracetamol or life threatening symptoms. But over all experience at Carlton Surgery I can give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
