“I went for a gait analysis today and was very happy with the service. I was served by Mary who is very knowledgeable and gave plenty of good advice on what shoes would be best for me as I’m training for my first half marathon and have not ran further than 10km before. The gait analysis results were explained clearly and I was able to try on a variety of different shoes and felt I could take my time and there was no pressure to buy and I settled on a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS. I was also given advice on nutrition and how to keep my energy levels up during longer distance runs with energy gels/bars so also got a sample pack of some flapjacks and will return to get some bars or gels during my training and for race day! Running Form is a lovely small business, and it’s clear those working there are knowledgeable about all things running! I’d recommend paying them a visit whether you’re just starting out with running or have completed multiple ultras!”

“A.S Taylors moved a 50ft wider narrow boat from Pyrford Marina to Wyton in Cambridgeshire earlier this year for me and I have to say I'm absolutely thrilled with the service I got from start to finish. “Had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast here for a birthday treat. I've never had a multiple course breakfasts in this sort of format, so that was interesting. The location is adorable, especially if you can get a window seat. Staff were patient and friendly. The food was amazing! Good quality ingredients, tasteful sauces. The crumpet for my eggs benedict initially looked store bought, but it had much better flavour and texture when eating. Mushrooms on toast was so savoury and creamy, but not overly saucy. The brioche used was not overly sweet, so a good balance for various plates. Would happily return, and looking forward to trying a lunch/dinner menu.”
