While another famous garage said that it might be a serious gearbox issue and asked me to contact the dealership - whose earliest slot would be in two weeks. Kevin and his team managed to check my car in a very short notice and located the problem - fully fixed immediately and also made sure the car was ready for a heavy load and long distance trip. Got Kevin in the phone, very helpful, explained my car sounded like a tractor and family weren't happy ! Told me to drop the car off and he'd try and squeeze me in, which he did. Got the car back the same day, new exhaust, so i won't be wakening the neighbours tomorrow morning...pity !! Really impressed with their customer service and professionalism.”
