“I'd like to praise two staff members at Fort Kinnaird Edinburgh - Christine & Stuart. Christine helped me and my partner to purchase fantastic washer dryer. She was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. She explained the process, offered insurance and made the purchase very straightforward. Very lovely lady. Stuart delivered and installed the machine few days later. He was absolute star. Although he stumbled upon a bit of a plumbing problem in our flat, he didn't give up and finished the job. Nothing was too much of an hassle for him. Great guy. Hope their hard work is recognised by their bosses!”

“Had a lovely experience at Currys on Saturday, I had a broken laptop and was looking to get a new one, at the same time I was looking at getting the old one repaired, The staff member Scott was super helpful as he sent away my old laptop for a repair as well as help me find a new one that I am already in love with.. he was also patient when I was making my decision and explained the payment options such as buy now pay later that we opted to go with, he even sat down and explained the software I would need to start my university course, the shop manager Charlie even wished me a good day when leaving 10/10 would shop here again, great service”

He then offered to help me through the till process as it was self service and I do not use self service tills often so this really made my day. He is a glowing employee with great customer service. He is an exceptional example of how an M&S employee should be. I would definitely recommend this store if this employee is there to assist.”
