While another famous garage said that it might be a serious gearbox issue and asked me to contact the dealership - whose earliest slot would be in two weeks. Kevin and his team managed to check my car in a very short notice and located the problem - fully fixed immediately and also made sure the car was ready for a heavy load and long distance trip. “We have been with Lamond Vets for 3 years now. We joined when our previous vets misdiagnosed the condition of one of our cats which ended up with the partial amputation of his tail. We now have all our three cats registered with Lamond Vets. All three are rescues from the Scottish SPCA. We feel that we have received an excellent level of service by the practice, both vets and nurses. The place is welcoming the moment you step in, with the receptionists always treating you with a smile. We felt we were in good hands when one of our cats had to undergo an operation and treatment, and we were confident to get our third rescue, an older fragile beautiful boy, as we knew that Lamond Vets would have our back. If you live in West Lothian, there is no other place I would recommend for you to take your beloved animals. Basil & Tulay”

“Excellent service! I have always hated going to the dentist as I’d had a very anxious dentist in portobello, who made me feel uneasy on every visit. I looked for a new dentist, and after reading reviews, decided to swap to Vitality Dental Care a year ago. I have had appointments with both Dr Adam and Dr Omar. Both of them are incredible at what they do, they are both so calm and reassuring. I bit into (what I believed to be) a pitted olive on Sunday which unfortunately had a full olive stone in it. It knocked out my front canine tooth. This has required lots of appointments and decisions but Vitality couldn’t have been more helpful nor supportive in guiding me through the process and explaining all my options. Today I had root canal treatment with Dr Adam. I was extremely nervous as had heard horror stories about root canal, but it was absolutely fine. I couldn’t believe how skilled he was and how relaxed he made me feel before, during, and after treatment. My partner, colleague and friend are all trying to swap dentist to vitality after how much I’ve raved about the service. I would (and have been) recommending Vitality to everyone. Tracy at reception is so friendly, professional and informative every time I call (which has been often this last week). I have no worries or nerves about my second root canal treatment in 2 weeks thanks to Vitality. Thank you Tracy, Dr Adam and Dr Omar for your outstanding service.”
