“This parking is reasonable and convient for the City Centre. After parking there recently I left a folder of docuements on top of the pay machine. Not only were they picked up and returned to a suitable place for me to collect therm by David, but Craig, the site manager, was very helpful about contacting myself and the university staff to get the folder back to me. “I would like to say about me experience back last week on June the 23rd at 17:15 I was using a self check out machine in which a had a few major things I was using while I was trying to see if a voucher I had worked and an assistant called Amy came and helped me greatly with both and had both a friendly and professional attitude and made sure the voucher worked and that all my items went through as smoothly as could be so I'd like to thank Amy for her help hope her manager sees this and commends her for it.”

“Had a total of four fixed rate savings accounts with Castle Community Bank (via my community finance) and I quite honestly can't fault them. The savings rates on offer are always very competitive (beat most high street banks hands down) The account opening process online is very straight forward and efficient. Once you have added your funds you have access to your online portal, where you can log in daily and see your interest growing. On the odd occasion I've need to speak to someone, they are always very efficient and polite. I quite honestly can't say a bad word about them. First class service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for both savings and borrowing. A big thank you to all the teams at both Castle Community Bank and My Community Finance.”

“Great fresh sushi and street food, like the lovely chicken bites, in Panku kiosk at the far end of the supermarket, close to the pizza counter. That's freshly made every day and the kiosk staff is so kind. The fridge is always full and the shelves on the side has got particular crisps and drinks. Amazing!”

“Very helpful staff. One or two harsh comments below from "customers" which require a response. The Registers of Scotland staff came into work during Covid when nobody knew who would catch a lethal dose. The staff put themselves in harm's way to keep the departments going. Yet some thoughtless keyboard warriors do not think about how much the staff do for their customers. Plus the staff are having to put a whole new set of systems in, and enable new laws to work in the middle of a lethal pandemic. So maybe a little more appreciation for the staff please. I have been lucky to have dealt with the Registers of Scotland since 1988 and ALL that time, across dozens of title conveyances, the staff have always been pleasant, kind, helpful and professional.”

“I got rental apartment from Ben property 2.5 years ago In Edinburgh, still staying at same apartment.Ben property is always attentive and well managed organization. They have huge team which keeps taking care of different parts of apartment like annual house inspection, heater and electronics Inspection before winter which helps to keep everything working in house. They address any reported issue quickly. Most recommended. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.”

Very courteous. Thank you tesco .im still waiting fir my replacement card . Update My card dis arruve last Friday. And I am thrilled to bits . Its not a walk in bank but an online bank .”
