βWonderful hospital. The Balgonie Ward has an amazing team. I was cared for so well, the staff never stop but are always so kind and caring. They are a real team. The auxiliary, catering, cleaning, nurses, doctors, entertainment lady, the physios and anyone I have forgotten, put me back together again on all levels. I can't thank them enough. I also got so much support from my fellow bedmates. Thank you. Kim xβ
βI dont ever write google reviews, but my experience at Ninewells warrants an exception. Thank you to every single one of the hospital staff and students, who take such great care of us all, with grace, professionalism and true care! Thanks again, it truly means a lot.β
βAs a family, seeking the best care for our parents was crucial. After a lot of comms and research, the care provided by the staff and management team at SSCN was second to none. 2020 saw a significant reshuffle within SSCN and that proactive approach led to a level of care, respect, compassion and understanding being deployed to our parents day and night. We moved from day visits to day visits with overnight stays. As both our parents health gradually and simultaneously declined, the care staff and management team at SSCN became part of the family - then and now. We are grateful to all at SSCN for listening, addressing issues and proactively responding to challenges in 2019 that has resulted in SSCN genuinely warranting a 5 start review in December 2020.β
βHysterectomy From day 1 being diagnosed with cancer lining of womb, fast forward 6wks, 10 days post op(Hysterectomy)the care I was given from gynaecology doctors & nurses, theatre staff, the maggie centre, everyone who was involved in my care, was second to none, & getting told today no more cancer detected. βJust a quick review to say I cannot thank the nurses and staff enough for the care given to my late aunt whilst having end of life care at Tipethill. Everyone treated my aunt with dignity, care and respect . Jennifer, Gareth, Caroline and Amanda were stand out in looking after her the for last three weeks of her life.β
βThis is a desperately needed and well used Pharmacy. They have been very helpful and bent over backwards to help us source meds we have needed. They have been stalwarts even when other Pharmacies in the town and elsewhere have let us and others down and Boots picked up the slack on more than one occasion from them as well. They work under immense pressure and we are very appreciative.β

βRecently l had my flu jab here ( on a Sunday afternoon ?? ). All the nurses were pleasant and friendly and kind and l was taken an hour early. Thanks to everyone.β
βMy local friendly pharmacy. They have helped me so many times, no matter the ailment, they will have an advice. I'm really surprised to see so many people having an opposite experience.β
βI am an extremely anxious patient when it comes to dental work, so the idea of getting a root canal gave me sleepless nights for several weeks. However, Dr. David completely changed my perspective and helped ease my anxiety. From the moment I walked in, he was kind, calm, and incredibly patient with me. He took the time to explain everything in a way that helped ease my anxiety and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Throughout the procedure, he checked in frequently to make sure I was doing okay, and his gentle approach made a huge difference. What could have been a very stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly pain and stress-free, thanks entirely to Dr. Davidβs professionalism, skill, and compassion. He is clearly a dentist who truly understands and cares about his patients. Highly recommended, especially if youβre someone who gets nervous at the dentist!β
βIβve never felt so cared for from a doctors surgery. Everyone is so caring and patient as well as genuinely lovelyβ
βMy experience has always been good: Dr Cooper, nurses, ladies at the reception. Thank you all. It was an emergency yesterday. And everything went well. Back phone call(Dr Robert), an appointment with Dr Dominic, valuable pieces of advice, referral to the hospital. I am grateful.β
βOutstanding, inclusive, efficient care - my drop-in appointment to get an implant removed was one of the best NHS medical care experiences I have had since moving to the UK for years ago.β
βWe met with the pharmacist after a very short wait to speak to her, maximum five minutes on a busy Friday. She was very thorough with gaining background information and then spent plenty time explaining the treatment they recommended and why, signs to look out for if there was any adverse effects. It was a skin issue and I also found her to be very understanding and non judgemental of why I had not acted sooner. Excellent service.β
βDr McHale is an excellent GP. She is very caring and knowledgeable.β
βI am a new patient at Howden Health Centre, granted it is difficult to get an appointment which i assume is purely down to the number of patients they have ,however i would like to say this. Today I attended an appointment with the Nurse, her name is Shanna, i cannot thank her enough. Shanna is extremely knowledgeable and skilled within her field. Shanna was very thorough with going over my previous blood results and answered any questions i had. Shanna is certainly an asset to this Medical Practice along with being, in my opinion a very valuable member of the NHS. Shanna will go along way , extremely profession and at the same time remains friendly making me feel at ease. Many thanks.β
