After a lot of comms and research, the care provided by the staff and management team at SSCN was second to none. 2020 saw a significant reshuffle within SSCN and that proactive approach led to a level of care, respect, compassion and understanding being deployed to our parents day and night. We moved from day visits to day visits with overnight stays. As both our parents health gradually and simultaneously declined, the care staff and management team at SSCN became part of the family - then and now. We are grateful to all at SSCN for listening, addressing issues and proactively responding to challenges in 2019 that has resulted in SSCN genuinely warranting a 5 start review in December 2020.”

Throughout the procedure, he checked in frequently to make sure I was doing okay, and his gentle approach made a huge difference. What could have been a very stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly pain and stress-free, thanks entirely to Dr. David’s professionalism, skill, and compassion. He is clearly a dentist who truly understands and cares about his patients. Highly recommended, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous at the dentist!”
