He has looked after my previous dogs, then I had a gap and when I got my new dog, 18 months ago, I went straight back to the practice and discovered he was still working, so I was delighted. I did not have to start over a new relationship with another vet. PS I love the new improvements at the surgery. PS the receptionist - Diana is amazing, friendly, helpful, kind. Takes an interest in your dog. I would throughly recommend this practice.”

“Very experienced friendly owners and staff, made in easy for us to leave our furry family in their care. Really, clean well organised kennels, with super outside areas for exercise. We will definetely use again and highly recommend trying even if your wary of leaving your dogs in someone else's care. Ours trotted in tails wagging and trotted out tails wagging after their 4 day stay. We particularly appreciate being able to specify dietary needs and medications in detail. We also appreciated the staff being able to recognise our dogs personalities and accurately describe them to us. A sure sign of a great depth of knowledge.”

“My cat had a major accident in the house and hurt his jaw , rushed him too alora vets , where i got told the damage was worse than i thought he shattered half his jaw and teeth and dislocated the other side of his jaw , i was in bits the cost of the treatment was gonna be super high and i didnt have the funds , i told them too go aheas with the surgery and i would work something out as i cannot lose my baby echo , after the surgery i went too pick him up to take him to glasgow vets and they told me they get a case study a year too put towards the bills and the two vets melissa and donna combined theres too save echo and help me , i cant believe it still , thanks too these amazing vets.”

“Life and ill health had gotten in the way of managing to bring our dogs the 70 mile round trip to see the vet. I spoke to Hans, who could not have been more helpful in fitting us in at short notice. Then 5 minutes later Hans called me back and offering assistance on our arrival to help me out the car with the dogs (one is large and getting old). How lovely of him. My husband attended the appointment and said Hans gave good practical advice, which he trusted, on how to manage our older dog's condition. Would highly recommend this Vet, our previous appointments and treatment have always been very good, but felt Hans' approach should be praised. Thank you Hans!”
