Had tried a few groomers before with no success as Pugsie is a rescue dog and had to be anaesthetised to be groomed due to anxiety problem. Had read reviews about Andy and thought we should give him a try. So glad we did as it was not good for Pugsie to be put to sleep all the time to get groomed. GREAT job Andy. “My cat had a major accident in the house and hurt his jaw , rushed him too alora vets , where i got told the damage was worse than i thought he shattered half his jaw and teeth and dislocated the other side of his jaw , i was in bits the cost of the treatment was gonna be super high and i didnt have the funds , i told them too go aheas with the surgery and i would work something out as i cannot lose my baby echo , after the surgery i went too pick him up to take him to glasgow vets and they told me they get a case study a year too put towards the bills and the two vets melissa and donna combined theres too save echo and help me , i cant believe it still , thanks too these amazing vets.”

Then 5 minutes later Hans called me back and offering assistance on our arrival to help me out the car with the dogs (one is large and getting old). How lovely of him. My husband attended the appointment and said Hans gave good practical advice, which he trusted, on how to manage our older dog's condition. Would highly recommend this Vet, our previous appointments and treatment have always been very good, but felt Hans' approach should be praised. Thank you Hans!”

“I have only the highest praise for the staff and pharmacists at Rowlands Pharmacy. They are professional and friendly. My wife was doubled over in agony at the weekend with an IBS flare up and she was almost in tears with the pain. In desperation, I went to Rowlands Pharmacy to see if there was anything I could get across the counter. The lady behind the counter listened attentively to my wife's symptoms. She asked me questions to help confirm diagnosis and the on duty pharmacist came to speak to me as well. Some Buscopan, Heartburn & Acid Reflux Esomeprazole tablets and Peptac peppermint liquid were prescribed. I was given great advice on how my wife should take the medication and what to expect in terms of the effects. When I got the medication home, my wife gratefully took the prescribed dosage. The effect was almost immediate and my wife had instant relief from the pain she had been in. A heartful thank you to Rowlands Pharmacy for the exceptional customer service.”

I've had bad experiences in the past and am pretty scared of dentists, I'm always put at ease and am free to play very loud music through my ear buds (drills then sound better). My dentist even showed me hand signs she'd make for me to bite down, rinse etc so as not having to mess about with my phone. The most important part to me though is that it's always been totally pain free.”

David Brown took time to talk through all of my options and we agreed a short whitening process followed by a new crown. I was really impressed with the practice as a whole, friendly and helpful reception team, great dental nurses and a dentist that really strives to achieve the best possible outcome. The staff took time to understand what I wanted as a solution and gave me options making sure to talk through them all. The costs were very fair and reasonable and I am happier with my teeth now than I have been for at least 20 years. New crown and whiter teeth and I can’t stop smiling and don’t have to hide behind my hand in photos. Thank you for excellent and caring service and I would highly recommend.”
