βSamantha was so professional and offered such good advice. She was so kind, compassionate and sincerely caring when we had our sweet girl put to sleep. It was the hardest decision but the right one, and having Samanthaβs knowledge helped me to understand it was time to let go. I cannot rate her service higher.β

βThank you to Anne and Derek for taking care of our cat Morty on two separate occasions, he was rolling all over the floor when back home which is a good sign! They were both very helpful and kind - they showed us around before our first booking and sent me photos of Morty during our first booking, which was appreciated as I was worried about leaving him in a cattery. Would definitely recommend!β
βReally lovely first visit to Lawrie vet Bo'ness today. The vet was listened carefully to my concerns and recommended treatment options giving me all the info I needed to make a decision without feeling rushed. She was very kind and caring with my dog Millie and made the whole visit easy for both of us. Practice was modern and immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend!β
βDavid Rimer has been our Vet for over 25 years, he is amazing, a lot of experience, professional, calm, reassuring. He loves his job and is a great advocate for the practice. He has looked after my previous dogs, then I had a gap and when I got my new dog, 18 months ago, I went straight back to the practice and discovered he was still working, so I was delighted. I did not have to start over a new relationship with another vet. PS I love the new improvements at the surgery. PS the receptionist - Diana is amazing, friendly, helpful, kind. Takes an interest in your dog. I would throughly recommend this practice.β

βReally friendly shop staff who were keen to help us find what we needed. Great selection of pet products available and always some cute fluffy animals to see too. Also easy to access and navigate as a wheelchair user, all level and wide aisles.β

βThis practice took care of our cat until his death this week. We always felt he was in good hands, and this week when he had to be euthanised the staff were incredibly caring both to him and to me. They didn't rush the process and gave me plenty of time with him afterwards. I couldn't fault their care of our darling furbaby.β

βMy dog has a ear condition that my previous vet at straighton gave me spray to help clear up but after several years and much discomfort to Max it never did , I changed vet to Market Cross and was given a oil that had the condition cured in 4 days !!!! As a new customer they are very friendly and welcoming. So from Max and myself... THANK YOU VERY MUCHβ
βBeen using Albavet since I moved to Dunfermline 3 years ago and can't fault them, great friendly service for all our cats at reasonable prices. Whether it's all the staff gushing over how cute your ginger kitten is (and how much they've enjoyed getting cuddles off him whilst he's been in!) or just sending a card when one of our cats has died (even once when we didn't get the chance to take them to the vet and just had to tell them over the phone after the fact) Albavet always seem to add that extra personal touch that is so appreciated. Thanks so much.β
βWe've brought our cat to stay at Manor Lodge for holidays over the last couple of years now and are really happy with the care Elizabeth takes with our pet.β

βOur girls (one Siamese, one Tabby, both seniors) have received exceptional care here. The standard has been top-notch and the Vet is always empathetic to both the cats and us as their owners. You feel spoken to as a human being, not just a generic client. Highly recommended for any and all cat owners in need of help.β

βWas seen by Dr Phimister. He is an example of professionalism. Knowledgeable direct and caring in balance where you will be heard. A massive key positive. It is really refreshing to have an unscripted truly independent diagnosis. Of course, the support staff also deserve mention. They are very friendly and helpful, start to finish. I would highly recommend Your GP.β
