βIβve used MB Motors for servicing, MOTβs and repairs for a few years now. Helpful, honest and friendly, with plenty of good advice/options on the cheapest way to get work done. Work always completed quickly and with very reasonable costs. Will continue to use and recommend.β
βI was at Podiatry Clinic having my toe nail removed. The procedure was carried out by two lovely ladies, Kate and Claire and was over before I knew it. The podiatrists were very professional but very friendly too. They kept me occupied whilst the procedure was ongoing. Maybe that was why it appeared to be so quick. If I'd to score this visit, it would definitely get top marks, 100%.β
βWent here for dinner absolutely amazing 10/10 foot fungi itβs like an all you can eat buffetβ
βBooked this for my daughter, and can't recommend highly enough. From the minute we arrived the receptionist and sonographer were lovely and we got some amazing images and video clips of Baby. There are different packages. Would definitely recommend.β
βThey help me alot to find out, the medicine that suitable for my situation, the customer service was good and I love this pharmacyβ
βI had a previous unfavorable blood analysis, prompting me to contact my GP, Dr. Kennedy, for a consultation. Typically, the reception promptly answered my calls, usually on the first attempt or sometimes on the second, so I have no complaints in that regard. They forwarded my inquiry to the GP, and Dr called me the same week, advising me to schedule a new blood test. Following the blood test, I requested a copy of the results from the reception, which they provided. However, due to privacy concerns, I preferred to receive the results in person. With the test results, I obtained my prescription and scheduled the next blood test in a couple of months for a follow-up. Overall, my experience was quite pleasant with this practice.β
βHad operation yesterday 24/12/25 outpatient day surgery Dr Curries team . Very caring my journey from diagnosis to operation was very quick just over a month! Thanks to everyone in the NHS you do an amazing job! Keith Jowettβ
βI am from Ayrshire and was referred to PR maternity and they literally saved me and my babies life. Dr Bradnock & Dr McMillan performed a 5 hour surgery on me due to placenta previa and other complications. From the get go they were honest & comforting & made me laugh. I trusted them and the amazing anaesthetist with the moustache and gynaecologist David was amazing Iβve never felt more safe and taken care of in my whole life. Me and my premature 4lb baby was discharged 5 days later after 2 in high dependency. Amazing midwives too. Would never fault this hospital.β

βI attended the RAH with a family member last Friday, my family member is in a wheelchair and has many health problems. We attended the fracture clinic and the receptionist Ellen was so lovely avd very helpful. My sister required an X-ray and then a new plaster cast on her arm. Kelly and Linda in the fracture clinic were both fantastic with my sister and put her at ease. They had such lovely warm personalities and sister was smiling from start to finish, she has later stages of dementia and laughed so much in the clinic with Kelly and Linda! What wonderful staff work in the fracture clinic!!! Thanks so much xxxβ

βMy appointment was at the Endoscopy Unit. I got lost at first and ended up in the wrong part of the hospital. A woman at a desk saw me looking confused. She was not from the endoscopy unit but from a department nearby. Instead of just pointing, she stopped everything she was doing and walked with me all the way there. She kept talking to me, laughing about how the signs could confuse anyone, just to make me feel better. I was really touched by this. As it turned out, that was just the start. The whole team at the Endoscopy Unit seemed to work together in a special way. One nurse noticed that English is not my first language and immediately started speaking very slowly and clearly. She was so warm and made me laugh more than a few times. She helped me with all the forms, reading them with such energy it didnβt feel like it was her thousandth time doing it. I was a bit nervous during the procedure as it was my first time. The nurse focused on making me feel at ease. I must have asked a million questions, one after another, but her goal was clearly my comfort. She answered every single one with a smile and so much compassion. Her incredible patience is what made the difference, and I felt so calm that I barely touched the Entonox. The endoscopist was fantastic. It was not just her skill, she found a complicated polyp that isn't easy to see, but also her dedication. She took the time to explain her plan, not just for now but for my future check-ups, to make sure I would stay healthy. This showed me she truly cared about the outcome. And it did not end there. The nurse who explained my aftercare was the same. She had infinite patience with all my clumsy questions, the ones I asked just to be sure I understood everything. She just kept offering ideas to help, never showing any sign of being tired or annoyed. It was not just about one person being the best. It was about seeing a perfect team where everyone collaborated to make me feel safe. You get the feeling that these people truly love what they do. That they are here helping people because it is their passion. The whole day, they made eye contact, asked me things that werenβt just on a form, and listened like my answers mattered. It felt like they were taking care of a family member. The kindness was real and constant. If youβre reading this and feeling a bit on edge about your procedure, I hope my comment puts you at ease. I walked away with nothing but trust and admiration for this team.β

βHaving read, with interest all the negative reviews regarding the service from the Barrhead Health Center, I would like to add some positive feedback ! I joined this practice after moving to Barrhead and can honestly say; β I have only ever received a fast efficient service, from both the front desk reception staff, to the numerous Practitioners I have consulted. I would also like to draw to the attention of those individuals who experience frustration at obtaining an appointment, that the 8.30am phone calls for appointments was adopted, mainly due to patients failing to attend for their allocated appointments, which obviously created unnecessary costs. I therefore feel obliged to commend all the staff within the Barrhead Health Center, as their positions, can and often be very stressful at peak times ! Moral of this story β¦ ? Give them a break, they are only trying to earn a living by providing a GREAT SERVICE !β
βI have a fear of doctors and hospitals. Saw Dr Maybin yesterday and the Nurse today, they were amazing and put me at ease. Thank you!β
βI've been going here for a while for dad and now myself staff are very helpful and nothings a bother if u need to talk the nursing staff listen thank u all at drumchapel health centreβ
βGreat GP practice overall although some issues with trying to get an appointment urgently but I think that is just due to the strain the NHS is under-not the GP's fault. Lovely staff. Really pleased with my GP and treatment of ongoing issues. Thank you.β
βIt was a short and delightful appointment at Possilpark. The health staff who attended to me, Ms. Arlene (hope I got the spelling right), was cheerful and encouraging.β
βIn spite of the unimaginable pressures the GP practice must be under I feel they have adapted well to the pandemic. I've still received prompt and excellent care - I filled in the online form and had a face to face appointment soon after. The Dr took my symptoms and concerns seriously and I felt listened too. Some of the negative comments below are unfair and clearly written by people with personality issues who don't understand why the NHS has had to adjust to extremely challenging circumstances.β
βRemoved my previous review so I can make a new one with up to date information. Previously was 5 stars anyways as they're always brilliant with my sons and husband, however a huge thank you to Dr.Duffin for being so on the ball with getting me seen and getting me into the hospital. I spent weeks and weeks in pain and Dr.Duffin made sure to keep checking in, organising follow up appointments etc. I was meant to take part in a survey for him but sadly timed out before I had a chance to do it and felt bad so thought I'd leave it here that if more doctors were as fast thinking and thorough like Dr.Duffin there'd never be a complaint about the health services. The rest of the GPS are brilliant here too and the nurse who does bloods magic! Gets mine done before I have time to react. Receptionists are brilliant too with answering calls quicker, updating patients etc. Charleston surgery is the best!β
βExcellent service, called today and got thru at 0847 and offered same day appointment at 0910! Once they on phones always helpful and get what is needed, would recommend!β
βHonestly had the best experience with this surgery. I was so nervous moving to a north lanarkshire surgery especially in cumbernauld where i have heard a lot of horror stories. I had just had my first baby and registered here. They have been super quick with appointments for me and my son. The doctor has called me out of hours to reassure me my results were normal. Seen my baby anytime ive had concerns. The reception staff have also been majorly kind and taken an interest in my son amd always been reassuring and went above and beyond to insure i have got off he phone with an appointment that suits my needs. Ive also attended a breast feeding class in here which as lovely The nurses ive met have also even really nice too.β
