“This is the only place I will use for take out food. The food is great and if you get a delivery then service is fast and the delivery people are so friendly. I usually end up paying double just down to the tips for the service. I have tried a lot of places for takeout since I moved here but Spicy Cottage wins hands down no matter what I have ordered.”

“Went to Scotland to visit family and decided to stay at the Innkeeper’s Lodge in Strathclyde Park. We only booked for a one night stay but enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another night and luckily the room we stayed in was available for our second night so didn’t hesitate to book it. We stayed in the accessible room which was large enough for wheelchair access, the bed was really comfortable and it had a lovely wet room…we stayed on the bed and breakfast basis and each morning there is unlimited cooked breakfast with tea and coffee. It is very close to the Raith Interchange/M74 - A725 split but you don’t hear any traffic noise at all. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if the need arises and would recommend it to anyone. The staff are lovely and really helpful and nothing was too much trouble if you needed anything.”

“Was in your coffee shop today, and my son said to one of the guys serving for a cold glass of ice water as he said to my mum is feeling unwell and she has a heart condition, the young man couldn't have been anymore help he went above and beyond. After he gave me the water he wrapped ice in a towel also he put cold wet clothes on my neck. Thank you so much for all your help it was very much appreciated. And to this young man's manager you did a great job giving him a job. The compassion this man showed me today was second to none. Thank you Nancy Pennie”

“It was my first time in Hamilton and it was wonderful. Good place to stop by. Good environment and very open space to sit. View from sitting is great. I ordered one Box with chicken and it arrives in time . It was perfect and hot. Quality was great . Chicken was amazing and enough portion for one person.Their staff was friendly and keep asking if i need anything. Impressed with service and Food. Looking forward to visit again. ✌️”
