“Whilst I would prefer the surgery opening 6 days a week, I understand that there may be staffing issues. Plus, you can always go to the state of the art hospital at The Roundhouse if necessary. Location wise, not far. I believe all major surgery is performed at the hospital. Parking at both is easy.”

“Our dog absolutely loves going to Doggywood. He goes for daycare and has boarded many times. The staff are all lovely and really enjoy taking care of the dogs. Our dog can’t wait to get in once he gets out the boot and then doesn’t look back. We get sent video clips of the dogs from their visit and it’s amazing to see them all having fun. Our dog comes home a very tired boy after lots of interactions. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s absolutely amazing and the facilities are first class.”

“Our fox red lab Reggie just had his overnight trial and we are very happy with the way it went. The Dogchester was recommended to us by a friend and it didn't disappoint. The team were fabulous showing us around, Reggie's room was great (even had Corrie on the television!). We were sent videos and photos of him running around and enjoying himself. We are now looking forward to our holiday next week knowing he will be so well looked after and we can relax and enjoy our break. We have just collected Reggie yesterday and he had an absolute ball staying at the Dogchester for two weeks. The staff were fabulous sending us daily updates, photos and videos of him enjoying himself which made our holiday as we could relax knowing he was so well looked after. “I left Skye, my lovely, and lively, little Cocker with Angela and Jim, who are real "doggy people". Skye had super accommodation, and lots of space to run and enjoy the company of other dogs. She was a happy wee dog when I saw her after her wee holiday. I will certainly use CVPR again.”

“Took my 7 month old show cocker spaniel for her first groom here and so so pleased! The staff are all so lovely, knowledgeable and reassuring. My dog was instantly at ease and not anxious at all which was surprising but great. She came out relaxed and looking (and smelling) amazing! Even with a pink bow in her hair!! Hugely recommend. “Arlene has been grooming my very anxious rescue westie for about 2 years now after we were referred to her by the animal behaviourist who was helping me with his behaviour. Fergus had been in a great deal of pain due to an undiagnosed spinal condition and could hardly be touched. Once we had his pain under control we slowly began the process of grooming him. Arlene is kind, patient and absolutely brilliant with him - she is a natural with dogs and Fergus just loves her. She took the time to get to know Fergus and never pushed him too far. Now, we have reached the stage where he is being fully groomed on a regular basis and as well as looking fantastic he is so much more comfortable as a result. This is all down to Arlene’s skill as a groomer and her kind and respectful attitude towards animals. She earned Fergus’s trust and he is now happy to go for his haircut. Arlene is a star and I cannot rate her highly enough.”

“I have a labradoodle and any doodle owner will know their coats are a nightmare to keep on top of. My previous groomer would shave him every single time he went no matter how much I brushed him in between grooms. They kept saying he was matted when I really didn’t think he was but I took their word for it and worried that I would just never be able to look after his coat properly. I took him to crew cuts expecting to be told once again that he was matted and needed shaved. It turned out he wasn’t matted at all and for the first time in a long time he came out the groomers all fluffy and happy. He wasn’t traumatised and still had hair. I don’t know a lot about dog grooming but I do know that the guys at crew cuts are extremely professional. It was a man and a young girl in the shop that day. They had Alphie done in 1hr50mins and his hair has never looked so good. Thanks again Crew Cuts, we will see you in a few weeks.”
