We had hamster in the past purchased in pets at home but she was very stressed and not healthy. You can clearly see that animals in this shop are treated so good and the breeders they get their animals in are very responsible breeders. I would definetly shop here again and reccomend it!”

“Bought two lovely little short haired guinea pigs from the shop and a cage set it came with every thing I needed to set up my guinea pigs for the next couple of weeks. Got great advice on settling them into their new home and we’ve had.them for a few weeks now and they are doing brilliantly they love to be handled and have lots of space to run around (indoors only) they are really coming out of their shell they are very vocal , very cute and so much fun to watch. They’ve recently started popcorning all over their run which I read means their happy so thank you very much pet plus for all your good advice guinea pigs are called pickle and peanut and are happy and healthy”

“Having a dog and two Degus this shop is Brilliant! Staff are very nice and helpful, they dont tell you to buy things you dont need and help out first time owners! They even admit defeat and say if youre best asking a bigger brand store. They order things in for you if they don't sell it, which is fantastic! Animals here are very well cared for too!”

“Best dog grooming salon around! The girls are so friendly and can’t do enough for you but more importantly they can’t do enough for the dogs. They treat the dogs with such care and are absolutely amazing at what they do. It doesn’t matter how dirty or scruffy my dog looks when he goes to the Poochie parlour, he always comes out looking and smelling amazing. Don’t think about going anywhere else!!!”

I always send people to Olympia, because they know what they're talking about and they don't sell the rubbish stuff available elsewhere! My bunny always has a good time when she stays in the boarding here, I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after her!! You need to visit.”

The Staff are very attentive and we're able to fit Hailey for a Halti Harnis ensuring we purchased the correct size. We were also shown different brands and educated on the varying control methods based on your dogs walking style. Highly recommend, great discounts with the VIP access too.”

“***AN ATTENTIVE & CARING OWNER WITH FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL GROOMING SKILLS*** I had never used OMD! before but desperately needed my 7 yo hairy-hairless Chinese Crested, Twix, groomed before he went in for an operation on Tuesday. Danielle contacted me after receiving my message and, having had a cancellation, she fitted Twix in and… WHAT A RESULT! Twix has skin conditions that make it very sensitive- Danielle discussed this with me in detail and selected the Anicura range to use on him (I’ve just ordered the products online- she knows what she’s talking about!). She listened carefully to what I wanted done with Twix in terms of his cut (I like him comfortable and cute, not the breed-standard cut that has him completely shaved) and she delivered it completely on point. Twix usually gets very carsick but he must’ve been entirely relaxed with Danielle as he was fine on the way home- no stress! Today (day after) he’s still darting around happily in his ‘I’ve just had a bath and I’m more comfortable/hyper’ way! So, I’m pleased, Twix is happy and I’ll DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! NB it is clear that Danielle dotes completely on every dog she grooms- she’s attentive and caring. Her love for the animals shone through when discussing Twix’s life-story (he was adopted from the Dogs Trust aged approx 2 after being found wandering in a car park, at night, in the rain). She will look after them as if they are her own.”

“Bark & Bath is such a super grooming facility. Not only for their haircut and dog styling but their genuine love and care they show to the dogs. This is a dog heaven. I knew the ladies previously from working with dogs in another setting and they took my little Maltese Terrier who always hated the groomers and reformed him into a happy, running in to say hello little dog who gets so excited seeing his groomer. Their busy waiting list is a testament to their 5* service.”
