“Both my son and currently my daughter have enjoyed being part of the Little Gym. The instructors are fabulous and have brought their gymnastic skills on fabulously though fun and imaginative games. Great for burning off lots of energy after school and my daughter loves the holiday clubs which have lots of varied activities including crafts. My little girl's birthday party was also hosted at the Little Gym and she and her friends had an amazing time.”

“See the update at the end of this original review. We have been coming here since the very beginning. It started with a kiosk while the cafe was being finished. We were extremely impressed by the fabulous coffee and brilliant staff. When Caffe Valeria was opened we knew we had found “our” place! We visit often, both as a couple and some times with friends. The coffee is and the choice of cakes and pastries is excellent. The staff are always smiling and making us feel welcome. All the staff are helpful and kind. We must mention George, Liv and Olly as going above and beyond to make us feel special. Please don’t change a thing. Helen and David Update, George, Liv and Ollie (the stars of Valeria’s) have all left taking its heart with them. We no longer go there. Staff could be better trained, owner unpleasant. We feel we have lost something very special.”

“An absolutely bloody exceptional meal. Lamb chops, still slightly pink, seasoned to perfection. Complex curries, very spicy, but still delicious and enjoyable. Lovely chippies, massively tasty naan bread. Not exactly service with a smile but professional enough not to detract from the experience. Best part? The price. Two course meal for two and three alcoholic drinks for less than £70. Outstanding. Best curry house in York and definitely in our top three country-wide. Will be thinking about this meal for a while...”

I absolutely cannot fault them at all Lisa, Paul and all the team are absolutely fantastic, genuinely care and I have absolutely no problems in leaving them here at all infact they always ask if they can stay longer and have tea there as apparently it’s better than my cooking ( all food is fresh and home made) can not understand the negative reviews at all the children are treat like their own and my children are always telling me about the different activities they get up to. If you are looking for a childminder look no further. Hands down the best childcare provider I have chosen and there’s been a few over the years as I have moved a few times!”

“Love it here! First time visiting today with my 9 month old son (can crawl and stand). There’s an absolutely brilliant baby section, babies from probably about 4-5 months would probably enjoy this area with the sensory aspects of it. There’s an under 4s section which is nice but small. Then a larger play area for bigger kids. The play centre, toilets, tables etc are all so clean and welcoming. There’s free parking. The food and drinks are also really well priced. It was really busy In the school holidays but I’d imagine in term time it might be a bit quieter. Still busy or not busy it’s a brilliant place to go!”
