“We had such a great time when we visited The Park for a work social event. The venue was clean and modern with great facilities. The quality of the games and equipment were fantastic and Tom who looked after us, was was so helpful and engaging. I would highly recommend.”

“We went early in the evening for dinner and had no reservations. Luckily someone who had reserved didn’t turn up and so we got a table. The food was absolutely delectable and lip smacking . I could click only two photos although we had ordered 3 appetisers and a main course. The Bruschetta with Bufala and Parma - Belliisomo…Pappardelle Guanciale Pistacchio E Stracciatella was a first time for me… it was nice but would have loved some more olive oil in it. The Calamari Frito was very good too and the chili garlic mayo added that zing..we also ordered the Insalata Balsamica … fresh rocket and salad leaves, cherry tomatoes and some onion make it a lovely accompaniment for fibre.. while I wanted to try a dessert, we were too full and hence didn’t . Prior reservations are highly recommended”

“I recently visited Loake in Leeds to purchase some dress shoes for my friends wedding. This was my first time purchasing shoes from Loake and I will definitely be returning in the future. After getting over the shock of my small shoe size (usually size 9, which in Loake size translates to a 7), I tried on a lovely pair of Buckingham shoes and my bruised ego was instantly restored. The service from Matt was impeccable throughout, lending some useful fashion advice in addition to helping me choose a suitable shoe. The store was quite quiet when I attended, so I also got to chat with Morgan whose character added to the experience. Lovely pair of chaps, cannot recommend their service enough!”

“The shop assistant Uwais provided excellent support and followed up my shop visit with helpful emails to answer questions about the sofa product. It felt personal and useful. He was clearly knowledgable about interior aesthetics and advised with good visual knowledge. He used 3D modelling to assist how the product would fit my personal space. He made it clear that no request would be beyond his remit. An excellent experience.”

“My usual barber is on maternity leave so I spent half an hour wandering Leeds when I was there, looking for somewhere to get my barnet done. Stumbled into The Barbers to ask about a walk in. Told it would £2 if I had it done by a trainee. I got a complimentary bottle of water and a much needed hair cut by Brooklyn, supported by her training team. Very pleased with it, and at £2 it was the deal of the day.”

“My friends and I came to see the afternoon performance of a Christmas Carol on 14/12/25. This is one of my favourite films so the performance had a lot to live up too! It did not disappoint. Reece Dinsdale as Scrooge was outstanding. The whole cast was excellent as were the props (especially the ghost of Christmas future) All in all a lovely, entertaining afternoon. There was absolutely nothing to disappoint us. Thank you to all concerned in the production and the staff of the playhouse.”

“Upon entering the store, AJ greeted me warmly. I told him I had seen a bed online, and he invited me to take a seat while he looked it up. He offered me a drink and clearly explained all the details. Although I originally came in for a bed, I ended up purchasing a mattress as well. He showed me the options without any pressure, and the service was excellent throughout. Dave, the store manager, was also very helpful. I’m very happy with the service AJ provided, and I will definitely be returning again in the future.”

“This is by far the best barbers shop in the area. The gentleman barber has almost a Zen like ability to cut hair. I reach this conclusion due to the fact that I have a receding hairline and after my cut my head looks like it did when I was 18 years old! Very good prices for hair cuts. Parking generally good but it can be very busy.”

“Had a lovely meal from the lunch menu. Chose Chicken Skewers to start, Fish and Chips and ended with Sticky Toffee Pudding. All food was very tasty, well presented and enjoyed! Forgot to photograph pudding but it was lush. Service very good and surroundings in restaurant pleasant.”

We got some very tasty drinks from the bar before hand: definitely worth it. “Convenient location, on arrival only two members of staff on duty that evening both of whom had customers. Was able to browse slowly and then the next free staff engaged with us, she asked if she can be of any help and I advised that we had browsed online prior to coming and she was able to show us the different type options and touch , feel, open under store for full experience feel. It was great to visit in store and saw each model of bed and we then selected, proceed to purchase a large double. Though it was close to closing by then the staff did not rush but took their time to ensure we had all that was require to complete our bed purchase and the accessories.
