“Visiting from prison and felt that it was a supportive environment with genuine staff. I guess anywhere is what you make it and if you bring negative vibes you wont get the best from Southview. However, if you adopt a prosocial and collaborative attitude then this is a good placement for adjustment and springboard for progression. Food/food share are well above average. Links to other support agencies are also good.”

“Ive been in james house for 7 months now..i have no complaints whatsoever..the flats are clean and comfortable and warm...got cooker ..fridge freezer and washer dryer which is great as i have nothing... I feel 100% safe hear and all the staff are great..i have no problem with any of them...its been my life line and i appreciate it so much ..thankyou james house.. This isnt milly its debbie but milly feels the same way”

“Thank you so much to the lovely lady in the reception, who was very kind to us and took care of our needs very well as soon as we informed her. Place was very close to the city centre, it was a lovely 10 min walk. Room and bathroom were very clean. I enjoyed every bit of my stay and would definitely stay here again. “I stayed at Dimond Villa and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, though it would have been better if basic toiletries like a toothbrush had been provided. The location is a bit far from the city center, but that also makes it peaceful and quiet—perfect if you want to relax away from the crowds. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially with my late check-in, which I really appreciated.”

Best service, best food & best atmosphere, above all staff made my daughters 10th birthday a day she will always remember, no requests, all done by staff, even know they were really busy having a fully booked hotel, that did not effect there level of welcoming service provided, before our meal we already loved the atmosphere in this hotel, All staff do the company proud & offer a unbeatable service !!! Wish I could name 1 staff member but every staff member from floor, pool, reception, bar, restaurant & passing in & out doors has been amazing, all deserve credit We will be back !!”
