They called in the Mall's First Aid Team and Security and kindly brought in a screen to ensure privacy and dignity. “Recently just opened as it used to be the one stop. Great little place to stop off at on your way to and from the motorway. Have everything you could possible want at decent prices and often have special deals. Plenty of parking and staff are lovely definitely recommend this place”

“I rarely come to Sainsbury’s, not due to the store itself, but due to convenience issues. However, several weeks ago, I was visiting a member of my family up north and stumbled across this Sainsbury’s with my elderly grandmother. This is when I met Farhan, I don’t say this a lot but appraisal is due when you meet such an exceptional member of society. Farhan was welcoming into the store, and ensured that it was cheers all around. When it came to checking through my shopping, he was prompt to assist my elderly grandmother with her groceries as we struggled to carry them out, until we were able to gain assistance from other family members. It’s very rare to gain such a high standard of service from any supermarket, and his personality alone would be enough to bring me back in the future. Promote! Promote! Promote!”

“Stopped in for a quick browse and was really impressed with the staff. I have short legs and big quads and usualy really struggle with well fitted jeans especially named brands that are shaped. The staff were pleasant and instantly took me to the right section. Was more impressed when the brunette lady that served me handed me 2 sizes one of which was the right size without asking what i was. Whilst trying on she was helping check the fit visually and was plesantly adamant to get it right. She was aproached by someone else when i came out the fitting room so another gentleman called mark took over. Again super nice and knew his stuff. He was super chatty and i literaly felt like a vip buying a rolex. Will definately be comming back and cant recomend the service here enough can only appologise for not knowing the brunettes name. There was also a young red head who rang me through who had greeted me when i first walked in (without diving on me and making me feel harrased) agian laid back and friendly but a super keen eye for detail. Didnt just bunddle things in the bag it was all pristenely folded and neat she took care to take care of me even complementing the fit of the jeans so she must have had an eye on the dressing room. everyone just seems super relaxed in here and devoted to making you feel like a rock star. 100% will be back!”

“This was a fantastic store to go shopping at, where everything is laid out well in various areas! Navigating around was easy using the signs and I purchased a leopard plant on offer for just £3, buying it at one of the many tills. The lady who served me was friendly, adding to the atmosphere that the cleanliness contributed to!”

“I was searching all round for quite sometime for an advent calendar, on a mission one would say, the calender was very needed to get back into the good books with my partner. Unfortunately not one single place had one untill i stumbled upon this little gem. The ladies in here were extremely polite and had told me that they had no more advent calendars, this was the last chance and I had failed the mission.... untill I was sadly walking out the door and to my surprise I heard "how many do you need?" From the back of the counter. I quickly entered back in and replied "just the one, thats all I need please" to my absolute delight, the wonderful staff donated one free of charge that they had stashed away in the back room due to a member of staff not needing it! I was so thankfull for there generous gift and I was on my way back home with the callender and my mission was almost complete, I just had to present this to my partner, which I had high hopes that it would be received in a gracious manner! I highly recommend this wonderful store and the staff that work hear... thanks again!”
