Being the first time ordering door related hardware I had a lot of questions and follow ups which might have been trivial and paltry to some but Abdullah Mamaniat from BW patiently journeyed with me on each and everyone of them. The BW team responded to my emails promptly whilst for the others I needed to wait on average between 1-3 days for a reply. They managed my expectations the best with clear updates each step of the way. I also found that BW's team were by far the most technically knowledgeable, and their inventory the widest. I needed to have my items delivered to Singapore and BW's workflow for international orders were extremely fast and efficient. I'm from Asia where customer service is provided efficiently 24/7 but unfortunately we may not have the best quality across all products yet which is why I had to source for premium hardware from the UK. My experiences dealing with UK companies were revealing but thankfully salvaged by the excellent standards maintained by Brass Works. Thank you, Abdullah!”

“Visited today looking at prams. Charlie was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, he spent the time to talk us through different prams including demonstrations. Nothing was too much trouble and he was conscious and thoughtful about our feelings as new parents that we may get overwhelmed. Truly a delight and you can tell he loves what he does. Thank you!”

“We had a fantastic experience when visiting Furniture Village at Birstall, Leeds. There was a huge selection of sofas and the showroom was set out really nicely with room displays. The Sales Consultant Matthew left us to browse without pestering us and when we were ready to make a purchase he was really helpful and friendly. The prices were reasonable and cheaper than we have found elsewhere,. Also free coffee machine and cookies which was a nice bonus! Overall very happy!”

“Stunning! My friend and I drove here for a day out (interior decor nerds) from Liverpool and it didn’t disappoint. The one thing I will say is that we had expected there to be a bit more design but it’s really more or less exclusively furnishings. Would have LOVED some kitchen/bathroom/tile shops (but that may very well be our bad for not Googling beforehand, hence it hasn’t lowered the score). Overall the entire place is stunning, the staff were very helpful, informed and friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you’re into decoration/design or need inspiration for a reno!!”

“I bought from here today and in my opinion it was honestly amazing, the man behind the counter was very friendly. Me and my girlfriend both ordered the doner on chips, which was an extremely reasonable price, and we got a very good portion of both. I got mine with chilli sauce and it was spot on, just enough to have a nice spice but not too overpowering. The actual meat was cooked to perfection, no burnt edges and no undercooked patches. The fries were slightly soggy but this could be due to my sauce. Overall I would highly recommend.”

Found good bargains and they're well organised with the C19 situation (not slacking and letting everyone in). Sometimes there's queues but that's expected. It's a small store but it is part of retail park.”

“Nas was our designer and very friendly. Not pushy at all. Very nice bloke. Responds to calls and emails. We had a few issues with kitchen, marks on doors, all replaced easily. Not Wrens fault but we had faulty hob, was replaced quickly. Tap was dripping , replaced quickly. For customer service we can't fault them. Main delivery was very good we had a time slot and day booked.”

“A shout out to Nicola at the Leeds/Birstall branch. There was no member of staff at the No. 7 section as the sales assistant had gone home for the day, and Nicola looked after a different make up brand. On approaching her for some help, even though it wasn't her own brand to sell, she really went above and beyond to help me out with matching and choosing the right products for my needs. She even applied them on have me tips how to use them which, for a complete novice like me, was very much appreciated. I have always been extremely nervous to ask for help and feel a little intimidated by all the products and bad experiences with unfriendly staff in the past, and also feeling pressured into buying something I'm not very sure about, but Nicola was lovely and very patient and made sure I was OK with what I'd tried. So thank you for your help and Boots is lucky to have such nice staff x”
