“Fab evening meal here last night - great good, really friendly staff (perfectly on the right side of attentiveness) and very reasonable prices. Unfortunately for this lovely restaurant, its owner and staff, we realised afterwards that we'd seen what is sadly becoming an increasing issue of people running up large bills and then trying to get away without paying: a very loud and entitled family of four were seated near us; we noticed them ordering a lot (and being advised by the staff about portion sizes and what would be arriving, so as not to over-order) and they were very happy, smiling, laughing and talking loudly through their whole meal. The wait staff then took away empty plates at the end. We only saw as they went to pay that the man was now (quietly) trying to create an issue, and after they left, the staff were very upset. We spoke with the owner, and this family had complained that there was a problem with one of the meals - which, to note, they had eaten IN ITS ENTIRETY - so had been trying to blag the whole bill free. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from these obnoxious and selfish diners. From the impact alone on the staff, they should be thoroughly ashamed of what they did.”

“An absolute gem of a restaurant! Fantastic location, plenty of seating and a great atmosphere. Food is fab and a great menu to chose from and there is something for everyone! The skewers are so tasty, the tiramisu is to die for and the range and choice of drinks complement each and every dish. Well worth booking so don’t arrive and be disappointed! Staff are super tentative and friendly and made our meal special. Thanks and already looking forward to coming back again soon!”

“now, let me start this review by saying, i’ve hated pizza all my life. pizza has always been one of those foods i rolled my eyes at once mum said we’d be getting some. me and some mates came here after they begged and spoke of how good this pizza was, and i’ve never been happier about trusting friends. this pizza has changed my life morals and ethics. the soft dough, perfect ratio of sauce to cheese. now i love ordering here for a cheeky slice. the workers? nicest people i’ve ever met. honestly, so kind and quick, even on a busy friday.”

“Our first visit after my parents recommended it. We didn't book but we were accommodated straight away and shown to our table. After browsing the menu we chose the two courses for £9.90 . The starter arrived which was delicious followed by a lovely main course. The staff were nice and friendly.”

“Having visited Luppys with my three children it was instantly apparent this is a family friendly place. The waitress was cheery and spoke to the children about their orders and made a few jokes along the way. Simple things like this occupied to kids so they didn't notice the wait for the food as much. The children all had the hot dogs while I had an Angus burger with a homemade hot sauce that is simply amazing. For puddings, the the kids wanted to do a Man V Food challenge and the staff obliged by making a much smaller kids version of the pancake challenge. Overall the experience was great and not something I expected from Morley Town street. Even if the food had been average, i would happily go back for the service and the Root Beer!!”

“I've never had Thai food or been to a Thai restaurant, so I was unsure what to expect. From the décor, the welcoming, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the choices on the menu, the service, the drunk and not forgetting the food - just phenomenal!! Patient while we chose our food. Food was served on piping hot plates. We asked for a certain side sauce to be made and they provided this with no disappointment. The wine was cold and crisp. The starter was enough to share. The dish was full of flavor, nothing was over fine and I really liked the fact the skin was left on the fish. All tasted so fresh! They were near closing time and they were kind enough to allow me to order dessert. All in all I would highly recommend here. Look forward to returning to try more if the menu. It's all we talked about after we left the restaurant, absolutely beautiful place, I would give more than 5* if I could”

The service was fast, the curries were absolutely delicious, and they even kindly threw in an extra rice and prawn crackers. The food was all so fresh and the king prawns are to die for. “We had the pleasure of dining at Blue Smoke recently, and we’ll definitely be back soon. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Tommy, a friendly young man who showed us to our table. After a brief moment, he offered us drinks and then service was taken over by Lucas. We ordered a selection of pizzas and a chicken parmo, and we were blown away by the quality of the food. The ham and pineapple pizza was hands down one of the best I’ve had in a long time—huge credit to the chef for that! Throughout the evening, we were mainly served by Lucas and Ryan, who were both incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. It was clear they went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. We also had our one-year-old with us, and the waiting staff were so kind, making an effort to chat with him and acknowledge his little waves. It’s always nice when the team takes the time to engage with little ones! The atmosphere at Blue Smoke was perfect—not too busy, which made for a relaxing dining experience. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of food, and overall, it was an excellent value. We highly recommend Blue Smoke to anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch service.
