As he is house bound it is important that the prescriptions are delivered to the house. Most of this was done seamlessly. Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding by SMP one item was not included in the changeover. This was not notice, by us, until he had run out of the very important tablets. After a quick phone call to the pharmacy they quickly made up the prescription for collection,we collected that one, at the same time while we were there, the chemist made the necessary arrangements for the repeat order to be delivered in future. Thank you for your understanding and quick response, which was to us very important.”
