“My companion experienced an incident at the store on the day I came in (20.12.2023), and the staff were extremely supportive of us. They called in the Mall's First Aid Team and Security and kindly brought in a screen to ensure privacy and dignity. I couldn't buy these shoes that I really wanted and by the time that I could return, they had sold out. I'll always remember their quick response and support. Thank you, JD Sports!”

For example: the boys' shirts are the same price as a gent's white shirt from Matalan, but they are much better quality and a much better fit from The Box. I know this because we bought an emergency Matalan shirt. My son loves the school trousers too, as they have a zipping phone pocket.”

Navigating around was easy using the signs and I purchased a leopard plant on offer for just £3, buying it at one of the many tills. The lady who served me was friendly, adding to the atmosphere that the cleanliness contributed to!”

Today I visited the Leeds store ( Headrow) and the quality of service from a supervisor and the store manager was exceptional. Both gave time and thought and delivered a quality product.”

“Excellent customer service from a young gentleman called Spike. He was very helpful and was more than happy to help. However the lady that served us at the till was quite the opposite a lady with blonde hair, I didn’t catch her name but I think she was the team leader. Asked her where we could find men’s joggers and she replied in a rude manner saying she doesn’t work in that department and couldn’t help. Surely she doesn’t just stand at that till for the full shift Wasn’t happy when we asked for a paper receipt gave a loud sigh and went to get it I was not happy with the customer service she gave today”

“Great product! I brought this for my son, as he has to practice extra, and going to the ground everyday may not be feasible. Besides, playing with seasons ball in the backyard was risky as both side neighbours objected right away. This net has saved us, and we are happily playing great cricket shots, full pace, without any fear now. Complete peace of mind. Its quite robust and flexible, so should last longer i believe! Already checked in rain, sun and a storm, and its holding good no matter what! I'm very happy and fully recommend this product!”
