“Inside an industrial estate. Easy to find and access. Got what I needed, so all good.”

“Amazing office space! Brilliantly designed. Great modern office, friendly staff that always organise nice things for everyone throughout the building. It's also a really convenient location. Good parking available”

“Just paid my first visit to this store! What a wonderful place; great choice, super prices, lovely staff member (Michelle? Sorry if I got that wrong) helpful, but also happy to leave you alone. I will come again. It’s rare that I leave a review before I’ve even left the Car Park, and even rarer a positive review. However, when things are good, independents like these need the help of word of mouth.”

“Had the most amazing customer service st this garage. They helped me out when no other garage could help. Professional, efficient, swift and friendly. They will be the first port of call for any further needs my Mazda requires. Thank you especially to Danny for going above and beyond in your role to help me out, greatly appreciated.”

“Ordered Adidas tracksuit top and trainers online, arrived 2 days later and great products. Top was a tad big so dropped it back in at shop and was exchanged straight away no fuss. Great customer service and some nice gear in the shop for you skaters. Give these guys a go :-)”

“I have been into the Selby TUI store a few times to book my family holidays and I always ask for Vicky as she is an absolute superstar! She lights up the room and gets just as excited as we did for our holiday! She is very knowledgeable and went through everything from airport parking to holiday insurance. We have nothing else left to do before our holiday! We’re very confident our next holiday will be amazing just like the others we’ve had with TUI! Thanks again Vicky :)”

“Excellent service! Leeds Car Audio recently fitted a head unit to our 2014 Vauxhall Vivaro. They did an excellent job, efficient and great to deal with. So pleased with the new head unit. Would 100% recommend!”

“Upon entering the store, AJ greeted me warmly. I told him I had seen a bed online, and he invited me to take a seat while he looked it up. He offered me a drink and clearly explained all the details. Although I originally came in for a bed, I ended up purchasing a mattress as well. He showed me the options without any pressure, and the service was excellent throughout. Dave, the store manager, was also very helpful. I’m very happy with the service AJ provided, and I will definitely be returning again in the future.”

“My go to place for vaping stuff. The guys who work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and actually a good laugh too. Prices are very reasonable compared to other shops in Leeds for juices and coils. Would 100% recommend.”

“After my service for track arm+rod- the staff across the board were not only highly professional, but friendly and welcoming. Chris was extremely skilled and thorough with his work and the customer service at the desk from Leah was unbelievably sharp and on the ball. All round excellent!”

“Saturday 28th September 2024 Today I visited this grand little ale house This tiny pub with great people drinking inside and great staff with a beautifully decored outside drinking area at the back of the pub The 4 real ales were really interesting beers to add to this pubs acclaim This pub, in my opinion, is an essential visit when drinking real ales in Harrogate”

“fantastic customer service - definitely my go to, would definitely recommend!”

“Have just used pack & send-Leeds to transport some fragile family items across to the USA. The service from pack and send has been first class and very friendly from the very first contact at the office with Cath & Rob, who were also always there to help and quickly answer any queries. They also arranged pick up and safely packed up all the items which arrived safely to the adress in the USA within the week. I was extremely impressed with their approach, manner and overall service they offered and would have no hesitation in recommending and using pack and send for any future delivery requirements.”

“Brilliant shop, All staff are really helpful always willing to give you a hand great pricing, can’t fault it one bit. :)”

“Caitlin from Seacroft has been my account manager / designer for just over a year now and she's amazing every time, not just with purchasing or aftercare after the sales been made but with all my customers. They all speak so highly of Caitlin she's so happy to go above and beyond to make sure everyone's happy from start to finish. Can't praise her enough for all her hard work. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my orders to the same high standard as she does.”

“What a brilliant place, staff super friendly and very helpful lots of costumes to choose from, with the help and advice from staff.we got what we wanted, definitely a great place.”

“Will match paint too match any colour, very experienced staff quality products. Highly recommend.”

“I regularly buy their freshly made merguez sausages, which are really meaty and good value. Lovely service, good range of Middle Eastern goods, including olive oils”

“Very good service /help Clean and tidy too”

“I took my son's bike for a service along with a creaking bottom bracket. I choose them based on the fact that our bike is a giant bike and the service cost the same as elsewhere. They carried out the service and fixed the creaking at no additional cost. Excellent customer service, very reasonable costs, very knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend using Halifax giant.”

“No food today for me so I couldn't judge, my drink was made to perfection as always. Seniat was very customer driven and focused. #leedsairport”

“We had some free tickets to use so went twice in one day! Not much choice for an 11yr old to see so we saw 2 old movies (Hocus pocus and back to the future) I doubt we would have gone if we didn't have free tickets. Seats are comfortable and it wasn't busy.”

“Amazing place to shop staff very polite and well spoken been there for years now and I always feel welcome definitely recommend.”

“I visited this store to purchase a new pair of trainers as I wanted to increase my running distance. I was firstly met by Amy - one of the staff members who was super helpful and spent around an hour helping me try on various pairs of shoes. She put me on the treadmill and did a gait analysis which uncovered a slight imbalance in my feet. This made me very nervous but Amy reassured me that this is common and after a few more try ons found a perfect pair of trainers for me - New Balance 880. I was very sceptical about spending so much money at first but my new trainers have been perfect, and I'm now much more comfortable with running longer distances. The whole experience was friendly, warm, and welcoming and I will definitely be visiting this store again for my next pair of running shoes. Thank you Amy and the rest of the staff at Up & Running Leeds Store”

“A great long established local family business. A wide range of products. Friendly helpful staff. Right there on my doorstep. Free parking. Two sites a builders merchant and a diy, hardware, household goods store.”

“Excellent service from Samantha and I think it was Ann. After a poor experience at the Trinity store the customer service at the Elland Road store renewed my faith in good customer service. Well done!”

“Overall amazing company. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially Callum. Great dealership to purchase from. Will be returning for future purchases.”
