He was clearly knowledgable about interior aesthetics and advised with good visual knowledge. He used 3D modelling to assist how the product would fit my personal space. He made it clear that no request would be beyond his remit. An excellent experience.”

“My husband and I visited the Leeds store today and had a really pleasant experience. We were greeted on entry and given information on where to find everything, before being left to explore by ourselves, which was really nice. As we were spending a while looking at the different prams, another sales person approached us, asked if we had any questions and provided some useful information, before showing us another pram we liked. The staff were all very helpful, and were happy to let you try various prams on the test track to see which worked for you. They were also knowledgeable and when it came to purchase time, worked with us to find the right product at the right price for us. They were very understanding of concerns and questions we had. “Fast at picking of click and collect order, communications equally prompt. Service reviewed on what appeared to be a quiet Sunday however I couldnt fault the 'customer experience'. Staff pleasant and order correctly picked. Only criticism would be stock levels on what I would consider standard products (e.g. landscape fabric). I had to make two orders at two different Toolstation stores but considering the current health pandemic I wouldn't want to be seen grumbling too much.”

“We visited the tui Pontefract store for some ideas for a wedding package abroad for me and my fiancé and we wasn’t disappointed. We was looking at the brochures and had no clue what would be the best package was for us. I want to thank one of the girls in the store Kim for the idea she gave us and advice about what deals would be best for us.
