“Visited the botanical gardens in spring and had a lovely experience. While there weren’t a huge number of flowers in bloom just yet, the gardens were beautifully laid out and thoughtfully maintained. The blossom trees and bluebells added a nice seasonal touch, and the pond with koi fish was a peaceful highlight. A tranquil spot to enjoy nature, even in the earlier part of the season.”

“Just wanted to commend Annie Jones a personal trainer at David Lloyd Meridian! She is amazing! I’ve had a number of personal trainers over the years and I can honestly say that she is features as one of the best I’ve had! From my initial discussions with Annie over the phone when deciding on who to go with, to meeting her and having my sessions, the level of service I have had has been outstanding! Annie motivates, supports, encourages and understands your goals and what you want to achieve and really puts in her all. Annie continually checks in to make sure we are both on the right page and working towards the same goal! Her friendly nature makes training all so very comfortable too! Thanks so much Annie!!! “The staff we meet on our stayed really made this visit, we stayed on a Sunday night. Hotel grounds were tidy and clean. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming along with all the staff we saw on our visit. Hotel and rooms do have quite a few stains on furniture and floor, however maybe hard to remove without a vac, so this is completely understandable but the room was clean as I could ask and clean bedding and mattresses covers. Sadly didn't sleep much and woke every hour but this is due to generally not sleeping well in other places. Rooms were very quiet and had air-conditioning so definitely recommend for a good night sleep. Food was very good and a lot of choice and kids eat free when we stayed. Highly recommend.”

“The room is clean and comfortable. The outstanding part about this hotel is the staff and service. Their passion to be in the hospitality profession can be felt. They want us to feel welcomed and valued. Kate and the front office values our return to the hotel. We appreciate the effort and welcome gifts. Lenka at the executive lounge made every morning a good start. Didn’t get to know the name of the incredibly tall gentleman who came to refresh our room in the evening and to fix the lobby light. He made sure everything was in order. The leadership at this hotel is making all the right ticks.”

“Great staff. Pool is (only) 20m but a good temperature for lane swimming without being so cold that leisure swimmers get too cold. Steam, jacuzzi, sauna and chillaxing lounges are nice additions. Lockers require a £1 or token of same size that is returned. You can get membership which includes towels if you wish. See other reviewers for the gym and classes.”

“We recently visited gravity corby for our childrens sen birthday session. We were greeted by the fantastic Rosie, she went above and beyond for us and our party. Making it a wonderful party and experience. Jack was also absolutely fantastic, Such a kind and happy man. Both are a credit to you. It was also very busy and still were lovely and happy to help. Thank you so much. We will return again, very clean. And appreciated the extra efforts that were put on for the sen sessions. Making it very enjoyable for all. Well done!”

“I have two children studying at LIA (class 6 and foundation 1 ) ; I am very happy with their growth within the school ,the teachers are very friendly and willing to help and whenever we had special requests or problems , they were very transparent and searched for solutions; I must mention that we came from Bangladesh last year;my elder son studied under a totally different style and curriculum and he was supposed to be class 3 abroad; he was behind the class at the beginning of year 5 and gradually became one of the best; his teacher ,Mrs Abraham, is truly one of the best teachers my son has ever had and she helped my son understand concepts that he has missed during this change in learning systems; even if the ofsted report wasn't favourable, my children are doing well,I do hope the school will be able to fulfill ofsted criteria soon”

“Good location to keep your active all in 1 place has a big hall for sports like Badminton pickle ball basketball ball they also has good selection of group excercise which keeps me motivated and ofcourse swim which this location is known for great for family swim and lane swim.”

“Just to say, we have received excellent customer service from the 2 staff working today (Thursday 28/12/2023) Having been bought a gift for Christmas that was womens rather than men's, they went and found a direct replacement in the same style and refunded the difference as the item was now on sale. “We were asked by our Daughter in Law to take our Grandaughter swimming. The building was easy to find with clear parking. The welcome was warm and clear instructions given. We were able to watch her swimming class from the balconey comfortably seated. There appeared to be many events held in is busy establishment. A good facility for all to use.”
