“I would like to say I was really distresssed about the cracked slates on my roof. There was water flooding down and really bad during winter. I decided to visit Matson's and spoke to a brilliant guy named Ahmed. He helped me pick the right slates and reassured me that this will fix the problem. The customer experience was great and finally my roof was fixed. I was firstly recommended to a bloke named manga but I decided to go to Matson and so happy I met Ahmed and guided me to help fix my problems!”

The shop sells almost everything to keep work place as safe as possible; helmets, safety glasses, masks, gloves, safety footwear, winter thermal clothing, waterproof coats / jackets / trousers / boots, posters / signs, fire extinguishers, cleaning products, good quality work gears, etc. Price is unbelievably affordable, even cheaper than online shops. Disabled parking available, not a big car park but enough. Still have COVID prevention advice - distance, masks, hand sanitizer & screens at check out, which is nice to see and to protect everyone. Definitely a highly recommended place to shop for work safety equipments.”

“Went into Wilko in Wigston a couple of weeks ago. Just wanted to say how wonderful the staff were. Wanted some bird seed and the female assistant kindly went to the stockroom and fetched 2 massive bags back. They weigh a lot! Then we were having problems with the self checkout and a lovely lady assistant put all our purchases through for us. We had a laugh and a joke with her. I wish more shopping experiences were like this!”

“This is one of the larger wilko stores so has a really good range of just about everything! I found every thing I was looking for and due to a sale some of the items were even cheaper than I had expected. There is a car park very close to the rear doors which is handy when picking up paint or other heavy objects.”
