“Despite the reviews that have been left and I totally understand and agree that at times it has been a nightmare and under the current Covid 19 situation it’s been more stressful for pharmacy staff. I have just been in served by a young man called ‘Josh’ and he is a breath of fresh air to the pharmacy, I was greeted on entry and he apologised whilst he was filling the shelf, he was very polite and listened carefully to my request and was seen in a timely manner. Another gentleman came in and was greeted the same way in a pleasant manner, due to only 2 people allowed in the shop at a time, a lady entered and he asked politely to wait outside but he also took the initiative and served her from the door. Now from working I’m a pharmacy myself and not this company but an independent company, Josh showed exactly how customer service should be done. A credit to the Pharmacy and also the pharmacist who assisted myself too was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Thank you both”
