The children were aged from 18 months to 12 years and he included everyone and was brilliant at remembering names. Can’t recommend Kevin enough. Would highly recommend and book again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Village Hotel Chester St. David’s! Holly at reception was incredibly kind and understanding — she helped us change the dates of our stay due to illness, which we really appreciated. Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The food deals were fantastic, especially with the app discounts — excellent value for money and great quality. Breakfast was brilliant too — plenty of choice, fresh, and tasty with something for everyone. Overall, a really lovely experience with great service and great people. We’ll definitely be back!”

“We held our daughters 5th birthday party here (October 2022). We hired the VIP balcony. The party was flawless from start to finish. The staff were so helpful throughout and nothing was too much trouble. The party food supplied was fab and went down a treat. “Been using this pool since I was a kid, am now 38. Both of my children have learned to swim here. I live closer to Wigan baths but would always choose this pool over them any day. Staff have always been brilliant, especially with my sons SEN needs. Heather was amazing with him. To have access to both the small warm pool and the large pool is not found in many places anymore, so this is nice. Yes it is in need of refurbishment, but at the end of the day it's a local community pool, not a 5* Ritz Hotel Spa. Many people rely on this place and its affordable prices.”

“My daughter is learning so much and developing after spending time with the amazing staff! The Parent Admin app is updated regularly whilst she is at nursery and makes it very easy to get in touch with the staff if you have any questions. Facilities are new and always clean and tidy.”

“The story barn is a wonderful place for children to enhance their reading , language and imaginative skills which the staff encourage through play and story time . I first visited the Story Barn with my grandson who is now 11 yrs old and returned today after many years and I highly recommend the Story Barn as the ethos continues with inspiration and fun”

“This is absolutely bonkers, you have so much cool and weird things, like Ghetto Golf, with each area to play going for something different and and hip. Drinks and food is a blast as well, really enjoyed it while taking a break from golfing around. Plus great music, lovely staff, and loads of security makes you feel safe and cared for. Essential for going out in Liverpool!”
