“I recently visited Falafel Xpress and had the classic falafel wrap. It was delicious! The falafel was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the wrap was filled with fresh vegetables and a tasty pickles. I highly recommend trying the tahini sauce, as it is great with everything, especially chips. The shop itself was very clean and had a nice Arabian decor and music. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience at Falafel Xpress and would definitely recommend it to others.”

“My girlfriend found this place on the internet so we tried it out while we were in Southport , the place was quiet due to the fact the Champions league final was on and everyone was in the bars! As soon as we walked in we were made to feel as home by the gaffer, he couldn't do enough for us! The food was good and so was the Turkish beer, we chose different dishes from the Greek, Turkish and Spanish tapas menu and left full to the brim. The bill was a reasonable price too. We were very impressed by the interior of this restaurant and by the lovely painted Murals on the wall of different parts of the med. We had a lovely time and would recommend a visit here!”

“We've been to this restaurant many times in the past few months, and it has always left a great impression. The food is consistently excellent, especially the kobeida kebabs, which are the best we've ever had. Even a friend of mine who doesn't usually like kobeida kebabs because of their fatty taste enjoys these ones because they taste fresh and aren't too greasy. And the hummus is amazing! The portions are generous and very good value for money. As for the staff, they are polite, efficient, generous and friendly. They are also HMC certified and don't feel the need to put on music in the background, which is sadly not the case for many other places. May Allah bless the bros for all the good that they do. “A truly excellent meal at The Damascus. The grilled fish was cooked to perfection, and the vibrant selection of mezze was incredibly fresh and flavourful. Every dish felt authentic and was bursting with taste. A fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for genuine Middle Eastern cuisine.”

“Fabulous food and great service from the staff . I had the mixed kebab and must say the meat and prawns was cooked to perfection , lovely fresh vegetables If I was to make a suggestion it would be maybe include a small amount of wild rice to the dish , but that’s just my opinion. Pudding was the Cheesecake and again was outstanding in taste and presentation Drink prices I thought was very reasonable. Well done to all , the whole experience was great and definitely worth the money”

“We have been here so so many times and have never been dissapointed and tonight was no exception. Having not been for while (due to illness) the manager made such a fuss as he hadn't seen us for a while. The food is always the best standard I've tasted outside of turkey itself! The staff are magnificent, so welcoming and always have a conversation and chat. The girl who served us is a credit to the place too, she has amazing people and service skills. Thanks for making such a fuss of dad for his birthday you don't know much it meant for us to get him there tonight. You really did make his day.”

“Really enjoyed the food here. They really know their way round a grill here, all the meats were seasoned differently, the lamb and chicken were both cooked perfectly. Everything left me wanting more. The oreo dessert thing is maybe the nicest pudding I’ve had, I would fight my partner for it if I had too, and she’s actually a lovely woman so I wouldn’t usually fight her.”

“I enjoyed the meal and the service only got better as the time went on. My sisters went on Friday 12th September 5ish and the staff were lovely. We managed to order just before the lunch time meal (£15.95 for starter and main) ended I had the halloumi as a starter and lamb musakka with rice for a main. But before that we got given some complimentary food a type of bread that was very tasty with some sauces to dip. Also a bowl of salad I don’t know if that come with a meal or was complimentary. I did try the lamb that my sister had and I preferred that to my meal. Overall we ended the meal and we’re pleasantly impressed with the service, one of the members of staff even helped my sister bring the pushchair down the step. I like that you can see the cooking taking place as well at the front as you enter. It’s a placed go again and recommend to eat!”

“I personally have been coming here since 2010 when in uni. Always friendly service and nice seating area and clean. Enjoy eating here and falafel are fresh and love their orange juice and halloumi wrap. Last time we had an omelette and Mediterranean breakfast which was tasty. I like it here.”
