Carol on reception is very welcoming and a lovely person to talk to I was so nervous on the the day of surgery as I decided to have General Anaesthetic. The anaesthetist put my mind at rest and took time to talk to me, she was such a lovely person. Every member of staff I came in to contact with was highly professional but super friendly and caring.
